"We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "

"We enjoyed our stay in La Rochelle and the location of the hotel was ok but the room was not great. We are used to tiny rooms in France but this was really small with a micro bathroom/shower combo that would work well in a small travel trailer. Taking a shower involved shutting the water every minute to avoid inundating the room. Besides that there was the feeling that the floor in the raised level bathroom would cave in at any time.
