"This was not a good experience. Advertised as having a pool, full-service spa, restaurant, coffee shop etc it had NONE of these. Worse, the 'queen bed' was a very small double, and the 'premium bedding' was threadbare hospital sheets and a nasty brown blanket (see photo) On arrival you are hit with a very hefty 'cleaning fee' that is non-negotiable, a large fee for sheets, more for towels, toilet paper etc - so you have pretty well doubled the nightly charge on arrival. "Room was very hot and security meant it wasn't possible to leave a window open overnight. It was a tiny room, a bit cell-like. The pillows had weird synthetic elasticated covers on. I don’t think I'd choose to spend another night there. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the breakfast was OK. "
