Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Water debit / pressure was really low and the staff didn’t want to change the room for me even he has other available. The room is very outdated and beds and the floor are very noisy. The rooms are smelly and I had to sleep with open windows. I don’t want to go back to this place.

Our hotel was built in 1901. The rustic old wood side does not appeal to everyone. After verification, there is no water problem in the room you rented and no odor was detected by our team. It smells like wood. Sincerely, Manoir Charlevoix

il y a eu une erreur de réservation, nous n'avons pas été a cette hôtel la pour notre séjour a La Malbaie, j'ai du payer a 2 places, un peu de votre faute aussi!!!! je crois que je n'utiliser plus expedia pour mes reservations je vais reserver directement a l hotel, car nous allons toujours au Manoir Fermont.
