It's cheap, and you get what you pay for there so I hesitate to complain but just advise that it's not what you'd call a great value. The staff is good and they have onsite security which I appreciate, especially when someone is violently shaking the exterior door so intently that it wakes me in my room 4;doors away. Homeless are camping in the parking lot, can't miss them, they're the type that are always awake, little uncomfortable taking the dog out to pee with a guy also there to pee. Again, can't complain too much, it was cheap and they did provide security so I never really felt threatened or worried too much about my car, I'm just going to pay a little more down the street next time though.

Good value. Nice rooms and finishes. Not well insulated for sound - but the other guests were quiet and respectful. In a bit of a gritty area right off the interstate, but easy access to town and there’s a Starbucks in the adjoining parking lot. Very convenient and affordable.

The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. The property needs updating. Tired worn furniture in the rooms. Old--dirty looking carpet. Bathroom had mildew in the corners of the tub and on the ceiling. Great areas to walk your dog and easy on and off access to freeway and gas stations.

not a fun night
Truck parking was inconvenient to entrances. Couldnt re-enter the end door even with key. Walls were paper thin and we could hear room neighbor conversations. Bed was terrible. Made so much noise just sitting on it and very uncomfortable. Toilet had slow leak and every 20 mins or so would turn on to fill by itself. Breakfast might have been ok if toaster hadnt burned the waffles. Orange juice was bitter.

Hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast wasn't a breakfast, but just a few pastries and a few other things. Supposed to be a smoke free environment but smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. Dog barking somewhere inside. Just didn't look that clean. I don't know if I would stay there again for half the price. Just not good.

The front desk hostess was very nice but there was a sick mouse under the stairway by our room. I had to kick him out the door when we were taking our bags in. There was bleached spots on the carpet and the shower wasn’t very good. Guests were loud in the hall and gave the impression they lived there rather than guests.

I will not be letting my company book it again
Room 112 has mold growing in tub and shower, holes in the wall behind the chair. There is blood on the chair and on the carpet under the bed visible when you are sitting in the chair. The guests in room 114 had the TV on blast all night.

Uncomfortable stay
We were hoping this would be a good experience as we travel this road yearly. With the condition of the building and safety concerns, we will not be returning to this property. We especially concerned about the lack of lighting in the parking area. We could see light fixtures, but they were not turned on.

THE GOOD Decent Amenities, Large well appointed room, very good selection at the continental Breakfast THE BAD The room could use a proper cleaning, internet did not work (stated can't connect, weak signal) Carpets need to be vacuumed, the bedside lamp electrical cord was burned black and was brittle because it was up against the Electric baseboard heater (fire hazard) I told the Clerk when we were checking out

The staff was very nice. The rooms were out dated, but for one night it was under $80. The tub and sinks did not drain, the bwd was semi comfortable, but the AC worked!

First, entrance light in our room was not working. I told the front desk but they said can’t help and all the room was booked. And when we came back to the room from all day events, there were no turn down service. I have to ask for new towels ( and front had only Bath towels nothing else. Door sticked and hard to open from outside. Although, bed was comfortable.
