Very nice apartment of 36m ², 2 rooms, for 4 people, on the 1st floor with south-west facing balcony, located in the heart of the village of Clusaz in a building of 7 apartments.

Local ski and mountain bike on the ground floor.

For the parking you have a covered and closed parking, next to the housing. (vehicle not more than 4m30 long)
Otherwise, it will be necessary to take a subscription for the week in the underground carpark next to the accommodation (paying from 15/12 to 30/04 and from 1/07 to 31/08, free the rest of the year).

Possibility to rent towels and sheets (bed made on arrival).

Let's put at your disposal free of charge on your request, cot and high chair.

350m from the ski slopes or mountain bike (5min walk), 600m from the bus station, 150m from the bus stop (free bus, summer / winter summer season)), close to all shops (food, bank, shops of sports ...) as well as all the activities offered by the center of the village.

Partnership with the Ski Fun shop in La Clusaz for the rental of ski equipment.

Partner of the tourist office, you will benefit from the Enfant Roi card and the more relaxing card for the summer season.

The property is ideal for one or two people, it is situated close to shops and restaurants and amenities,if I return to la Clusaz I would certainly see if this apartment was available

A cute apartment and a lovely host
A beautiful and very practical apartment, with all the amenities we could need, as seen from the photos. What is not seen: a very kind host who had thought of all the little things the guests might need for a wonderful start of their holidays: Thank you :) Also, a perfect location: shops, restaurants and even bowling in the immediate vicinity and not more than 10 min walk from the ski lifts. We did not need the car during our stay which saved a lot of time and nerves. We had a wonderful time there and we strongly recommend this place!

Beautiful, cosy apartment
Well appointed apartment centrally located in beautiful La Clusaz. The owner was great to deal with, despite our language differences! Comfy bed , plenty of storage and well equipped kitchen. We'll certainly book again when we return to La Clusaz.

Un appartement confortable avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour.
L'appartement est très bien meublé et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour agréable et la préparation des repas. Les lits sont très confortables. Il est également très bien situé, à proximité d'une excellente boulangerie, de restaurants et d'un salon de thé. Le plus important : de courtes distances vers les remontées mécaniques, Bossonet, Champ Giguet et Crêt Du Merle. Ce que je trouve très charmant, c'est le murmure agréable du ruisseau qui coule à côté du bâtiment.

Nous avons séjourné chez Séverine pour une semaine. Rien à redire, c’était parfait. L’appartement est très propre, très bonne communication avec Séverine. Le logement est au cœur de La Clusaz et permet de tout faire à pieds. C’était aussi très appréciable d’avoir une place de parking. Merci pour tout !
