Good value
Airport pick-up to airport drop-off, my 1-day stay was a good value. The shuttle was less expensive than many hotels in the area. The staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. The area shuttle was a good deal for some trips. For others, a taxi made more sense. My room was clean, comfortable, and mostly quiet. There was a noisy family in the hall as I prepard to leave around 9:00 p.m., but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Breakfast options were fair, mostly Indonesian plus cold cereal and omellete options. I enjoyed a tasty, well-presented lunch of Indonesian ikan bakar (grilled fish with a spicy sauce) for a very reasonable price. I would stay here again.

It was fine, big room, vouchers for swimming pool in harris kuta beach hotel but there were small ants in the room which is a big problem for me, but I enjoyed my staying

perfect 1 night stay
The hotel has fantastic rooms, but what was claimed as being for 4 was actually only really for 2. Almost everything was unavailable or sold out even though the hotel was empty.I'm glad we only intended to stay for 12 hrs before our flight left as there was no real facilities or activities in the immediate area. Hotel staff are wonderful.

Bordering Kuta for a bargain
Very nice for the price with cheerful and helpful staff. Provided free shuttle to Kuta beach for free too. Kids club does not have hardly any toys. Great views though.

For passing through stay the value was brilliant
I just needed a room for a sleep and for the price I was absolutely impressed. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well suited room. Everything worked the way it should which is unusual in my experience in Bali. The staff were all so friendly, attentive and helpful. Wake up reminders is usually a failure in Bali but at the Harris they were determined to ensure I woke up when I was supposed to. The juice bar and kitchen delivered with fresh juices and pizza so quickly that I wasn't ready. The only fail was the internet but it wasn't connectivity, it was speed which is controlled by the ISP so I can't blame the hotel. Everything with this stay was beyond my expectations for any stay in Bali and especially for the money.

Booked a room for 3, but no 3 had to sleep on a narrow couch. The staff did nothing to improve the situation. The hotel has a cheap feel.

When needed, it can be set up as a 3rd bed with regular bedsheet, extra pillow and duvet (including inner) which is convenient enough to sleep. As usual, we offered this special arrangement to our guests as a compliment as soon as we saw them come with more than 2 persons but want to stay in one room. Friendly Bali
This was our first overseas holiday ever. We found it a bit daunting to be honest, but luckily we had an ex local friend of my daughter's and also my daughter, who was staying at another hotel, to help us out. I have to admit I made a mistake when booking this hotel, as I had previously googled the Harris resort and when making my booking did not realise there were more than one Harris accommodation in Bali, it turns out there are about 9 according to one taxi driver! Therefore we ended up in a hotel with no swimming pool and that was a bit disappointing, but they did say we could use the swimming pool at the Harris resort for free. We did not take up this offer however, because we used the swimming pool at my daughter's hotel instead. The Harris hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. The cleaners kept the place really clean, so I was very impressed with them. The rooms were adequate. My son's room had problems with the air con, but they were promptly addressed. In my husband and myself's room the cleaners kept removing the spare card my hubby acquired to keep the air con going while we were out, so he made two complaints about that. Personally I thought he had the air con too cold, but he likes living in an igloo. The shower head, in our bathroom, was loose and did not stay in position, however I rectified this by wedging a hair gel tube behind it and that worked well, so I did not make any complaint. Outside of the rooms was very humid, this included the hallways and restaurant. The gym air con did not seem to be operational, so that small enclosed room was unbearably hot and I could not stand it in there, so I used the hotel corridors as a running track and ran up and down the stairs and around the circumference, of each floor, until I had run five kms. This was an excellent workout, therefore the most impressive thing to me about this hotel, was the running track, even though it was not really a running track. I ran barefoot and at around 6am, so did not make any noise or disturb other guests. In summary, I liked the location as it was not right in the middle of the tourist area, but not too far off. Every one of the staff were great and friendly. The food was well priced and nice, the cleanliness impressive. The gym sucked, but I improvised so I was still happy. I would go there again if they had a pool, but lack of a pool will probably lead us to stay at a hotel with a pool next time around.

Overall it's a budget hotel but d shuttle service is only one way. And no swimming pool.

worth & nice place to stay
very nice , clean & modern room even small but good enough for 2 pax. I like very much, definitely will stay again if I visit bali again,strongly recommend to others solo or couple or budget traveler, 5 min away from airport by taxi, taxi fee max 30k rp. staff service was great & friendly. over all I will give 8 point out of 10.

We booked this room as it slept 3 people The settee doubled up as a single bed and was not as comfortable as the queen bed The road outside was noisy and there was not sufficient insulation we had builders noise from across the road midday Room was clean with good amenities Staff were excellent Food was lovely Overall we enjoyed our stay

My vacation in Bali
Was at Harris Kuta Raya hotel from 31/10 -5/11/14. Was happy throughout my stay in hotel. For those who are planning to stay here in future, a piece of advice is if possible, arrange u'r transport from or to the airport with the hotel coz I got cheated by a taxi I took from airport on the day I arrived in Bali.

This is a good hotel to stay
It is really a good experience staying at this hotel. Room equipped with free wifi which signal is good, good breakfast, free wifi in public area too, always smiling and helpful staff, free shuttle bus to other HARRIS hotel in Kuta area which is quite helpful if you don't want to use taxi to go to Kuta Beach and quite a good welcome drink. Thank you for your kindness and help during our stay. We will definitely come back when we visit Bali again. Keep up the good work.

Comfortable stay and good value
I stayed for two nights and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff were very accommodating as I had to request a room change since the room I was in the first night had an adjoining door and it was very loud. The room was clean though I did notice that under the bathroom sink it looked like it hadn't been swept in a while and I was assume the sand from all of the beach goers would be difficult to keep clean. The hotel also has a shuttle that will take you down to the beach which is very convenient. Even without the shuttle the hotel is about an easy 20 minute walk from the beach so still convenient. The location is also convenient with convenience marts and restaurants nearby.

Worst Location misleading ratings on bad street
we got cheated by high ratings including on trip advisor. It turned out to be a very bad surprise. very far from all tourist spots. shuttle bus is very bad which operates like public bus - example we were told a distance of 10 min would take 2 hours. we were checked into a bad road facing room even though we booked an inside room. better avoid this hotel - else get disappointed. even though we went for late checkout the key got locked out. staff were still insisting on late checkout fee. Anyways overall a pretty bad location hotel with average facilities. Tip: book close to karthika plaza as this side of jalan raya is full of thugs and beggars. All those people who gave high ratings never travelled much.

Be assured that I take your comments seriously, that's why I personally checked on different websites and the address is the same than Expedia, which is our actual and correct location : 10 minutes by car away from the Airport and 15 minutes walking distance from Kuta Beach. I am sorry to read that you encountered problems during your late check-out. The system automatically locks the access, unless you ask our Front office staff in advance. Our policy is to be flexible and if our guest requires for a late check-out, we are pleased to offer this service, depending on room availability. And from the information I had from my team, we actually didn't charge you for it. I still hope you enjoyed your discovery of Bali and had a safe journey back home. Stay at a sister property for better location
The hotel was nice, but too far from the beach and other things. The staff seemed incompetent -all except for management, which was great. I explained a food allergy, and the kitchen tried to pass off peppers as onions. Really? I was quite upset with this. There are other hotels in the price range that I have heard are much better. I'd try one of them before here.

Business hotel in convenient location
I stayed for 3 nights in Harris hotel Kuta Raya and I can say that my stay is nice and satisfactory. The staffs are friendly. Wifi in rooms is fast and my daughter is happy with it. Room is clean. The hotel is located in area with many local foods with reasonable price, near Joger, Krisna. Although the location is quite near with Kuta Beach, it is not congested and quite pleasant to drive through. However as the hotel is very new, many taxi driver are still confused with other Harris hotel like Harris riverview or Harris Kuta which locations are quite near. So make sure you state Harris across Joger. I think almost every taxi drivers know where Joger is.

Booked 2 rooms & stayed 3 nights at this hotel from 19 to 22 Mar 14 for my family of 4. Newly opened & near airport. Great eating places & souvenir shops nearby. Spa/massage located at hotel 5th floor. Free shuttle bus service provided to Discovery Mall & walking distance to Kuta beach & 4 other Harris hotels in Kuta area. Will recommend friends or relatives to stay this hotel if they visit Bali.

Treinta dólares...
El hotel no está mal, pero tampoco es ninguna maravilla. Taxi a cualquier parte de interés, en mi caso no es grave. Zona local; restaurantes para locales, incluso el buffet de desayuno del hotel satisface el paladar local básicamente. A veces estaba bien, otras no tanto. Por unos dolaritos mas se puede conseguir un salto de calidad. El personal muy cálido, por lejos lo mejor.

nous sommes seulement venus une nuit en famille dans le seul but d etre proche de l aeroport. c est une chambre parfaite pour 2 un peu petite pour 4 : un tres grand lit et un sofa qui sert de lit d appoint.chambre et sdb tres propre. bonne insonorisation . personnel serviable et attentionne...super rapport qualite/ prix!!

Vi hadde et fint opphold her. Veldig god service og hyggelige ansatte. Litt usentralt, få restauranter i nærheten. Noen dagligvare butikker (CircleK) rett ved. Ellers lite å se på i nærområdet. Men det er kun 5-10 minutter med taxi til nærmeste kjøpesenter, Bali GALLERIA. Generelt fint og rent. Men ville ikke anbefalt å bo her mer en 1-2 netter med tanke på beliggenhet

周辺コンビニ4軒!
数十回目のバリ島。幾度となくこの「ハリスホテル」の前をいったりきたりして気になっていたので、今回思い切って宿泊しました!値段の割には(安すぎる)設備・立地・周辺環境等、問題なく家族やカップルまたシングルでも楽しめます(レンタカーorレンタルバイク借りればなおよし)!

Budget Hotel with the best location
Lokasi nya strategis banget, cari makanan mudah depan/ sebrang, kanan, kiri hotel banyak resto/ warung makan, dekat dengan pusat oleh2 Joger, mau yg lebih murah ada juga kios kios depan jogger, mau beli Titiles tinggal nyebrang, mau sarapan bubur LAOTA yg terkenal di Bali hanya jalan kaki 7 menit, ke Warung NIKMAT yg lengkap dengan lauk pauknya juga dekat sekali. Staff sangat baik dan ramah, kami tiba pukul 1 pagi, dan mereka tetap 100% melayani dg baik, dan welcome drink tetap dibuatkan. Yang kurang hanya kebersihan kamarnya, lantai berdebu dan banyak rambut-rambut, serta kamar mandi agak licin.

空港にほど近くクタの繁華街も楽しめるホテル
空港から近く、クタの繁華街にも徒歩圏内でローカルな雰囲気も味わえます。ホテルはハリスグループですので安定したお湯の出るシャワー、排水も問題なし、程よく清潔(トイレに可愛いきのこが生えてました。)心配のないホテルです。バリらしさやラグジュアリー感を求めるよりも利便性、安定性を求める方、宿泊だけでアクティブに街を楽しみたい方に適しています。以前はあったよう記憶があるのですが、シャトルバスなどはありません。タクシーで移動となります。

j'ai voyagé avec 5 enfants en bas âge , nous étions 8 au total et je peux vous dire que le personnel a su veiller sur nous nuit et jour , j'ai 2 enfants qui ont du aller consulté à l hôpital rapidement et sans avoir a lui demander la responsable de l hôtel a pris un membre du personnel et sa voiture et nous a accompagné à l hôpital car nous ne parlions pas anglais et donc cela aurait était trés compliqué ensuite elle a remplie les papiers et a même avancé l argent des médicaments (130 euros) ,une autre fois nous voulions des maîs grillés mais nous n 'en avons pas trouvé elle a entendu mon fils en parlé et le lendemain elle a demandé au cuisinier de préparer des maîs grillé pour toute la famille , elle parle français donc elle a compris notre conversation .et que dire du reste du personnel ??? génial tout simplement , accueil irréprochable,gentillesse de tout le personnel . hôtel est trés bien entretenu, je conseille vivement cet hôtel d'ailleurs si je retourne à Bali l 'année prochaine j'irai à coup sur dans cet hôtel , il faut savoir que j'y suis resté un mois du 23 juin au 23 juillet et le service à toujours était parfait , le déjeuner est trés bon et les lits trés confortables , je n'ai rien de négatif à dire sur cet hôtel que du positif un vrai bonheur d'être dans cet hôtel. merci à toute l'équipe de l hôtel harris raya kuta . cinthy

Geweldige prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
Super hotel! Veeeel waar voor je geld! Echt een super prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De ligging is niet pal naast het strand, maar met het huren van een scooter of het gebruik van de blue bird taxi een super basis voor een leuke vakantie in Kuta. Het ontbijt voldoet aan een ieders wens. Het personeel is vriendelijk. En het meest belangrijk de kamers Zijn schoon en comfortabel. Wij sliepen met zijn 4 op de kamer. Hadden 1 kind bij ons in bed. Dat was prima te doen. Leuk detail is dat het hotel geen zwembad heeft, maar dat je wel gebruik mag maken van het zwembad aan Kuta beach gelijknamige Harris seaview hotel!

Uusi vuosi Kutalla
Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta erittäin avuliaita. Huoneenhintaamme ei kuulunut aamupala, ostimme sen erikseen ja olihan runsas ja maittava. Kutan rannalle oli jonkinverran matkaa. Liikenteen melu ei kuulu huoneeseen, sai rauhassa nukkua.

Hati hati lift macet, tanpa ada staff yg bantu!
Lokasi ok, kebersihan kamar bagus, ac central dingin, tp lobby g ada ac, jadi terkesan hotel yg murahan, mengingat didepan lobby langsung jalan raya... Jadi polusi udara tdk mereka perhitungkan... Juga saya bersama keluarga terjebak di lift, dan tidak ada staff yg menolong..!?! Akhirnya saya buka sendiri dan lift tersangkut di lantai 1, dan kami keluar dng selamat, dan memilih turun naik tangga.. Jadi saya cukup sekali aja di harris hotel yang satu ini, dan memilih mencari hotel harris yang lain di Bali...

Lift mati, tanpa ada staff yang menolong!
Lokasi menarik, area lobby dan buffet tanpa AC, jadi terasa seperti hotel kurang dana untuk memasang AC di lobby... Kamar bagus, semua bersih, tidak ada kolam renang, Hati-hati, dengan liftnya, saya terjebak di dalam lift dan tak ada yg menolong, hingga saya buka pintunya sendiri dan keluar tanpa pertilongan staff hotel... Saya kaget kenapa hotel harris yang ini keliatannya baru, tp kurang perawatan... Keliatannya g akan kembali lagi deh, di harris ini, krn banyak harris yang lain di area sekitarnya... Overall... Recommend bagi yang short stay...

I shared it with my team and our engineering staff is working to improve the water mix, to be sure that it is stabilized.
