The wifi did not work, the whole stay. They have two hotels and you have to check-in at one even if you are staying at the other. It offered to be able to do your laundry, that’s why I booked it. When you go to use the washing machine, there is a sign that says you need to get tokens back at the other hotel. Really annoying. Nothing more annoying than the wifi issues. If you work from home or from the road, stay away from this place.

The room was large and comfortable with a great view and it was on a quiet street. Unfortunately we had to pay an extra 30 % fee at check in for the taxes and cleaning fees so the price was much higher than advertised on VRBO.

Nice and spacey, good location - not clean
Nice room with enough room and good location in kufstein. Unfortunately the glassware in the room was dirty when we arrived and there was no dishwasher brush (probably related). Upon requesting a brush we were promised that it would be delivered to the room but this was never carried out even after a 2nd request. Also no single cleaning of the room during a stay of 1 week even tough we used the "please clean the room sign".

Clean, Convenient, and very well priced apartments
Very well priced and perfect for what we needed for a short ski-break. We stayed 3 nights, you could easily stay as a couple or even a small family (we were 1 adult and one teen) for longer. The hotel made it very easy and even turned the sofa into a sofa-bed and set it all up for us. Great customer service. Only minor part is it's not obvious that you must go to the hotel first to check in, then go to the apartment building, they are several blocks apart. We were lucky a staff member came as we were wondering how to check-in. Other than that, really easy, friendly staff, very well priced for what it is, clean, tidy, the kitchen is well set up for breakfast etc. Perfect as a ski-accommodation if you're visiting SkiWelt.

Booked an apartment which had a kitchenette included in the price and coffee/tea facilities however, when we arrived neither of these were available in the apartment. You also pay after your stay which was not clear when booking through hotels.com. I would still stay in the apartment again as it suited our needs but now aware that you pay after your stay and that the apartment is falsely advertised as having kitchen and/or drink facilities.

Dies wurde Ihnen auch vorab mitgeteilt. Hier machten wir bereits eine Ausnahme und übermittelten Ihnen den Schlüssel über den Key-Safe. Daher bitten wir auch um Verständnis, dass wir um Mitternacht nicht noch einen Zimmertausch veranlassen konnten. Am nächsten Tag hätten wir uns natürlich sofort darum gekümmert. Darüber hinaus haben wir Ihnen vor Ort einen großen Teil Ihres Geldes zurückerstattet, was Sie mit keinem Wort in dieser Bewertung erwähnt hatten. Leider rücken Sie uns nun hier auf dieser Plattform in ein schlechtes Licht. Wir haben bis jetzt noch keinen einzigen Gast im Stich gelassen und nehmen jedes Anliegen sehr ernst. Net en goede studio. Inrichting kan iets anders, bank tegen voeteneind van het bed, zodat je tv kan kijken. Jammer dat er bij de studio's geen lift is. Dit werd door de man van de receptie wel aangegeven, maar de lift komt niet bij de studio's. mag wat duidelijker gecommuniceerd worden.

Sehr geehrter Gast, danke für Ihre Bewertung. Das stimmt, das Thema mit dem Aufzug hätte definitiv besser kommuniziert werden müssen. Wir haben 2 verschiedene Aufgänge zu unseren Apartments. Einmal die Ferienwohnungen, welche alle mittels Aufzug erreichbar sind und zum anderen die Studio-Apartments, welche nur mittels Treppen erreicht werden können. Von der Tiefgarage ins Parterre gibt es dennoch für alle Zimmer einen Lift. Wir entschuldigen uns für Ihre Unannehmlichkeiten! Mit besten Grüßen aus Kufstein Familie Sappl & Team

Erittäin tilava huoneisto, 4 mh, 3kh, oh, keittiö ja erillinen ruokalutila. Mukavalla paikalla Kufstainin linnoituksen vieressä, lähellä keskustan ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja. Ainakin meidän huoneiston keittiöstä löytyivät hyvät ruoanlaittovälineet ja astiat. Söll kymmenen minuutin matkan päässä, Sheffau ja Ellmau muutaman minuutin kauempana. Mukava paikka laskettelulomalle.

Sehr bemühtes und nettes Personal, und das Apartment 30-33 im Aparthotel ist sehr großzügig ausgelegt. Amerikanischer Stil der spät 70er, früh 80er Jahre. War perfekt für 2 Familien mit 9 Personen, wobei einer von uns auf der Couch geschlafen hat. Die Schlüssel müssen woanders abgeholt werden, das wurde über Expedia leider nicht kommuniziert. Sonst war alles perfekt, optimal für 8 Personen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit Blick auf die Festung, man ist zu Fuß in 10 min. im Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Stauraum. Das WC ist separat. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss ohne Balkon. Statt der beschriebenen zwei Doppelzimmer gab es ein Doppelzimmer und zwei Einzelzimmer. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig, die Anzahl der Besteckteile variierte zwischen 4 und 7, die Anzahl der Geschirrteile variierten zwischen 4 und 9. Auf Nachfrage im Hotel bekam ich die Aussage, es ist eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Vor Ort stellte sich dann heraus, dass es nur eine Kapselmaschine gab. Es gab keinen Besen. In der Spülmaschine fehlte Salz und Klarspüler.

Old fashioned, but relatively big rooms. Unfortunately the shower is quite unconfortable. Friendly staff at the main hotel reception.

In einem Ein Zimmer Apartment ist es für 3 Leute sehr klein. Kaum SitzMöglichkeiten. Jeweils nur 2 BalkonStühle und 2 Stühle für den Esstisch. Sehr gut, aber die Lage im Ort.

Es lag ein Fehler in der Abrechnung vor, den ich zu spät bemerkt hatte. Das ganze wurde innerhalb 2er Arbeitstage gelöst. Ganz toller Service! Auch zusätzliche Handtücher etc waren kein Problem. Top nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal!

Zweckmäßig eingeruchtet, in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Sehr ruhige zentrumsnahe Lage mit Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße. Für 2 Erwachsene plus Kind schön große Zimmer. Hotel ca. 5 min Gehweg entfernt. WLAN abends langsam/instabil. Küche mit Mikrowelle, alles da.
