Unable to provide room that was paid fir
Hotel condition is very poor it’s like going back in time 30 years everything is very dated and in poor condition. I paid extra for a room with a garden view as having stayed on this street before the front is very noisy due to trams running on the road in front. This room was also larger. When I arrived I was given a room facing the front of the hotel and didn’t have a view let alone a garden view. All I had was sky lights. Only half of the room was accesible as it was unsafe to acces the bed from the one side die to the low sloping ceiling. Conditions of furniture were also very poor. When I complained about the room was told they were full so couldn’t be moved and was iffered a few drink at a sister hotel. There is no way I would’ve stayed here if I knew this was the room I was getting. Hotel is also very unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or elderly or poor health due to no lifts and difficult access to the property.

Staff was kind, check-in easy. Parking was a challenge as expected. Cost of a parking ticket on the street was the same as overnight parking via the hotel, fyi. Large room. Fan was critical without a/c and provided in the room. Convenient and would stay here again.

This hotel was exactly as it said. Close to Tram Stop and main square all amenities close by. Lovely hotel, warm, clean and friendly. Food at breakfast was great and something for everyone. Only downside was no lift so if you are not good with stairs sorry you will miss out.

The rooms are very big, beds comfortable. We found the rooms to be quiet. There is no lift so being on the 3rd floor and having to walk up 3 flights of stairs after a day of walking was tiring. We arrived early on day one though and the staff did take our cases to our room ready for us to go to our room at the allocated time. The shower was not great as there was not much power to it. The rooms would benefit from a safe and a fridge. The staff were helpful although at times I was not sure if they had taken in what I had said. There is a breakfast area and garden at the back of the hotel which is shared by the Yarden hotel. It cost 35 zloty each for breakfast and it is buffet style so we used this for when we had an early start as it opens by 7.30am. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. All in all we were pleased with the hotel and would possibly stay here again.

Above and Beyond
The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond with any request we had. It was raining a lot and they even gave us umbrellas. Our room was very clean. We will come back here for sure. We truly had a wonderful experience here. Thank you!

Lovely little hotel with everything you need for a short stay. Close to everything with a tram stop outside. Staff very helpful. We went on an early trip so missed breakfast but they made us a packed lunch with was very nice and filling. Good choice of good st breakfast too

Was lovely and clean,large room out the back so was quiet,10 minutes walk to the square,we didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment on that,staff very friendly apart from one of the receptionist,Mateusz was very helpful

Good location
Good location for Main Square in the old town. Room was very clean and comfortable, towels changed as you needed. The reception staff were pleasant but managed to mess up a couple of things - double check everything you've booked e.g. taxis, trips. We booked a trip from here, it was more expensive, lots of other deals available on line with reputable companies. Packed breakfast was not great for what they charge, I'd recommend to purchase something prepacked and take it with you.

Fab!!
I’ve been here once before, and decided to bring my nan as it was a place she always wanted to go. I knew straight away to book with this hotel which made it my second stay in the hotel, which obviously states how much I like it. My nan on the other hand is a hard one to please (moaner) but she could not say one bad thing about the hotel, and has recommended it to all her friends as have I! Couldn’t get any better if you tried! Keep it up!

Perfectly good stay
Check in was fine. The room was overlooking the garden on the first floor so was quiet overnight. It was on the small side, but clean and in good order. There was tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was large with a decent shower but no bath. I didn't try the breakfast as it's cheaper to eat out. Only two minor gripes. I was on the first floor and people were smoking outside the back door which did float in to the room which wasn't pleasant. On check out I paid by card and it showed in local currency on the terminal. When I looked at receipt it was in GBP so had to pay the rip off bank conversion rate. Not happy about having no choice on this. The location of the hotel is fine. Its a 10 minute walk to the main square in 1 dicection and 10 minutes walk to the main station and massive shopping mall in the other direction. There is also a good tram stop outside going to town and the castle. Overall it was a good stay.

Had a great time at this hotel, will be back
I visited Krakow 19-23 February 2018. Hotel was easy to find in a quiet location just 10 mins walk from the Barbican and Old Town. We were a group of 6 who arrived relatively late in the evening. Rooms were clean and welcoming, with tea/coffee making facilities. One room in particular (16) was spacious, however all were adequate for our needs. Beds were a bit firm for some, and the pillows were a bit soft for my liking however I slept well throughout my stay. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. We did not try the breakfasts as we preferred to walk to the Milk Bar in the morning for Irish Breakfasts, but could see other guests were using this facility. There was a lovely garden out the back and can imagine in better weather it is an added bonus to the property.

Lovely hotel close to the square.
On arriving at the hotel check in was very quick and easy, Viktoria was very welcoming when we arrived. As requested by email I asked for a lower floor room due to having arthritis in my knees and that it what I got although still two small flights of stairs but manageable. The hotel does not have a lift so if you have mobility problems this hotel is probably not the hotel for you. I work in housekeeping myself and found the room was spotless and clean as was the bathroom, and the beds had mattress and pillow protectors which I find necessary in a busy hotel, also had a kettle and beverage tray. The breakfast garden room was lovely and again spotless and clean, there was plenty variety from continental breakfast, fruit, yogurt and cooked breakfast. It is a small place but we found no problem getting a table but did not go down until about ten so might have been busy before hand.

Very clean well kept hotel, close to main square
Very happy with my stay here, close to everything you need eg supermarket and main square with activities. Kept clean with fresh sheets and towels everyday. Would highly reccomend this to anyone wanting to visit krakow.

Hotel was clean and a good base to stay. I have stayed in better hotels. It was clean which to me is the main thing. Location to shopping centre and main station great. Bit of a walk to the main square. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room wasn't cleaned once. No refills on tea coffee nothing. This was disappointing. Also on our second day night no heating was on in the room. By the time we got home it was too late for anything to be done about it. There is a real musty smell in the hotel and rooms also. Overall it's an ok hotel but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Great Hotel Close to the Old Town
I loved this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and the pillows were a dream. The maid even used the towels to make a dog! The shampoo smelled great and the shower had hot water. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Superb hotel - would strongly recommend
Good room rate. Ten minute walk from main railway stn (airport link). Ten minute walk into city centre. Room very spacious and clean. Staff very helpful and polite. Printed off my boarding passes (had to re-book due to Ryanair fiasco) and supplied umbrellas during rainfall. Breakfast buffet was superb. Lovely garden. I cannot recommend this hotel and it's staff too highly.

Nice hotel no lift
Zulian is in a good location for walking to the square. Serves an excellent breakfast for about £6.50 . The Staff were always pleasant. Unfortunately we were put on the 3rd floor and as there were no lifts found it a little tiring. Luckily we were out all day so usually only needed to go upstairs once a day. Ask for a lower floor if needed. there were no groundfloor rooms.

Lovely Hotel, close to town centre
Lovely hotel, in great position, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great bargain at 30 zloty per person, the choice was amazing. Couple of downsides were No Lift, ok for first floor but anything above a real slog No bar, would have been nice to finish the night of with a drink.

We had a fantastic time in krakow. We pre booked a 2 day trip to Auschwitz/Birckenau and the salt mines, both of which were extremely interesting. A trip around the old town by horse and carriage and the ghetto by go cart was enjoyable.

No air con and room was absolutely roasting - it had some kind of water heater in it that was making it hard to sleep from the heat. Can't open windows because the noise from the busy street. Otherwise happy with the hotel and its location.

Nice hotel close to the city center
The hotel called us the day before to departure to check that we were still going in there and to ask which way we would like the beds arranging in the rooms and if we had any special requests. We had a warm welcome from the receptionist who was very helpful. The room was clean and well equipped , the beds where very comfortable too. Our room over looked the main street which had trams travelling down it, we wondered why there was earplugs provided among the toiletries. It was much quieter towards the back of the hotel. There was a garden that we could sit in if we wished. Breakfast was more than adequate with lots of choices available. The staff where very friendly and they organised all our trips too. The shower was VERY slippery and the bathroom floor was when it was wet.

Brilliant hotel close to the city square
I absolutely loved my experience at this hotel the room size to the room service and cleaning was brilliant! Also I was staying at the hotel during my birthday and without actually telling the hotel it was my birthday they left me a card and box of chocolates wishing me a happy birthday, this experience makes it easy to rate this hotel with top marks!

Great place
The hotel location is great close to all shops, and everything you need. The service was great, is 24 hours service, and the staffs are all helpful. I stayed in room 35, it was clean and everything we needed, the only issue is was little bit noisy due to the trams that goes by the hotel. Other than that I recommend it to everyone.

At first I was given the wrong floor and no view. It was on the top floor and no lift. I wasn't happy. The ceiling slopped and we kept banging our heads. I complained and the next day they gave us the room I booked on the ground floor. It was large and spacious. Comfortable bed but lacked anematies. Not enough shower gel. Soap to small. Better to buy what u need. Staff where excellent. Very helpful and polite. I would put this hotel as a three star only. Breakfast=there was a lot of choice but the cooked side was cold. Hoyle arranged trips out for us. Town centre beautiful.

Lovely hotel in a great location
Just got back from a stay over the new year period and have to say this hotel was a great find. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk away from the main market square, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The only downside to this hotel is the main road can be a bit noisy if you are in a room at the front but ear plugs are provided in the bathroom. Would definitely book this hotel again if I return to Krakow.

Modern hotel 10 minutes walk from the old town
A modern, comfy hotel near to Krakow's old town. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The room was large and well equipped and the cleaner did a great job each day.Breakfast can be purchased in the nearby Yarden Aparthotel and was good value for money with a wide spread of foods. Be aware there is no lift and the 4th floor was 10 steps up, best to request lower floor if you have anyaccessibility issues....otherwise the climb is great for fitness!

Just had a 3 night stay here and for the price we paid I wasn't expecting what we got it's a fantastic hotel the rooms are beautiful only 2 of us but our room had 2 bedrooms and a sitting area bathroom was really modern with plenty of towels and toiletries even earplugs as our room was at the front and trams passing frequently but didn't bother us, breakfast was next door in the yarden hotel which was a buffet with lots of choice, only 10/15 walk from centre so not far but away from all the hustle and bustle of krakow.
