Very disappointed that there were a lot of items not available at breakfast. Sevices ended early. The room was cold. Considering these problems the price should have been lower.

Noise
First ,the hotel price is very low compared with other hotels in Krakow. But I don’t recommend. Especially,you are on a business trip. Because,the surrounding is very very noisy very noisy very noisy. Because,it locates in a “entrance”a BRIDGE crossing the River “connecting the suburb and the downtown,so there is a main and busy public stops,TRAMS（almost every 2-3 minute weekday and Saturday),buses many many car ,motor when coming toward to the downtown or passing thru the bridge to the suburb area,they began to speed just before the hotels,noise and shakes,honking horn，even you close the window. Will be quiet after 2:00am every day. Breakfast is good. 49 local money/person. I came to the hotel early at 8:00am to ask for good room,but unfortunately when checking in in the afternoon,I was given this noisy room,I have to stay here at least 4 days. I think if in Summer,I can’t stay in the room or I will be fighting or aggressive. TV Doesn't work. I walk round,so room number ending 21,22,23,24,25…….are or facing the road. Reception are ok, but not that warmly. 如果在香港，這個就是 RED ROOF。

Dear David,I am sorry because of your lost cell phone, however I have to say your words and review are totally unfair. As you have already been informed, we have checked records of our aparthotel automation system, where every kea-card uses and door openings are clearly registered (it is not possible to open any doors where kea-card is needed without a record in the system). Apart from you, nobody entered your room from the moment of check-in until check-out, which can easily be proved. As I wrote, I am really sorry that you phone has not been found, however we have done what we could in order to help you with this issue and our housekeeping staff is not responsible for your loss. Upgraded to a suite, well worth it, room was very spacious, clean, warm, lovely sofa area, comfortable bed. Location was great, lovely 45 min walk to the main square, tram stop right outside which is only 4 stops to the main square. Breakfast had lots of options, food was very fresh and lots of variety.

Good stay overall
Service by reception and cleaning staff was very good, very friendly. Service by staff working in the breakfast restaurant was not so friendly, they checked our room number on their list and then did not speak to us further or explain the breakfast arrangements. Room was very clean and well equipped. Towels and bedding changed frequently. Our only complaint about this hotel is the noise - you hear every person in the corridor, all the doors opening and closing, people in the neighbouring rooms etc. Nothing the staff can do about this of course, and not so much of a concern if you’re out enjoying the city all day and night :)

Great location, modern design, large rooms. Only issue I had was the noise from the trams on the road in front of the hotel which run 24/7 - had to sleep with earplugs

hotel ok but behind expectations
the hotel was clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. However there are some items which could be improved. it's strange that this kind of hotel don't has safety box. There is a spa. I went 3 times there, every time there was a sign "Do not entry, spa is under traitment". the breakfast is very good, but the place is to small for the amount of guest. the staff could be friendler and more helpful. Summarizing the hotel is ok, but probably there are better options specially with better service

Good hotel over the river
The hotel is a reasonable hotel in a reasonable location. It is about 25 minutes walk from the old town, however there is a tram stop right outside the hotel and for less than £1.50 you can be in the old town in around 8 minutes. The hotel is based on the intersection of a busy crossroads but the soundproofing is excellent and we were rarely disturbed by any noise. We did have a couple of issues with the air conditioning in our room but it seemed to reset itself and worked fine afterwards.
