Nice boutique hotel just off the main square. Staff is friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is fresh and has good variety. Hot breakfasts are cooked to order. Tram line runs in the street outside the front door, which is convenient but noisy. Rooms at the back of the hotel only get a faint rumble. Parking in back courtyard is very convenient and well protected, but very limited. Take care that several surrounding streets are pedestrian-only zones, so navigating to the hotel can be tricky.

Firstly the hotel is perfectly situated in the old town a few minutes walk from the main square. The actual hotel is situated in a traditional old building but inside it is beautifully decorated and comes with a bar and area for breakfast. The breakfast available was both buffet or cooked if required. The rooms are well equipped with TV, coffee making facilities, safe, hairdryer etc. One word of warning: If you like a quiet room avoid those at the front of the hotel as there’s a tram line 1m from the hotel front door. These trams are quite noisy and they run until almost midnight and restart early - 5am-ish. We actually requested a move to the rear of the hotel and the hotel staff couldn’t be more understanding and relocated us immediately with no issue. 4/5 from me.

The hotel was in such a great location. We were on the top floor, so in the eaves. Room was incredibly spacious, and had a lovely lounging area. Trams are a bit loud but you get used to it and the hotel did provide ear plugs but I didn't need them. Breakfast was lovely too

Had a suite which was lovely size however there was no air con in room and it was very hot Family had a standard room on 3rd floor and they had air con Breakfast wasn’t worth the money as it was very limited and was not the best Ideal location in walking distance of main square

The room was surprisingly big; the beds were very comfortable. The staff went out of its way to assist us and were always very pleasant. It is convenient to all attractions in the old town, with many restaurant options available within walking distance.

There was no air conditioning and the decor of the rooms was out of 1980s Poland. All beds were singles. The trams run directly by the hotel making sleep impossible until they stop.

The whole place was beautifully maintained and cleaned, the staff very friendly and accommodating. The only minor downside was the noise of the trams passing outside, but earplugs were already thoughtfully provided in the room!

While the place was clean and fairly nice, it had very limited parking which caused us an unpleasant welcome as we had to find public/street or paid parking which was either quite expensive or impossible as the parking meters required local currency which did not have as we checked-in the evening. The rooms facing the main street, which we had, are also quite noisy since they are directly exposed to the tram traffic below. Soundproof windows would help.

The hotel itself is very nice and in a great location. It is an old building but is refurnished inside. However the major disappointment I had in this hotel is the fact there was no AC even though the hotel site said there was. Europe is going through a summer heat wave and the room was very hot. When we asked the staff they said there is AC however only on the top floor. I feel that this is misleading on the hotel description. I always make sure to reserve rooms in the summer with AC. I would have enjoyed my stay there if the room had AC because the location is great and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel Santi is a charming, small, and quiet boutique hotel located 5 minutes from the center square. The rooms are spotless, and I love that it is an eco-friendly hotel. You won't find the noise and long check-in lines that you will find with larger chain hotels. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, and check-in & check-out took less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for both business & family travelers.

Comfortable stay
Adorable place to stay in the centre of old town. Close to everything you want to explore. There is tram passing by that can be heard especially early morning. For me not a big deal as I grew up in the city with noisy trams but I can see it could be a potential nuisance for others.

It was in the heart of Krakow in the main square. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. It also had a delicious looking breakfast for an additional fee of around $10. It was so pretty, clean, and charming. Stay here!!

Positive stay as a solo female traveler
I stayed at Hotel Santi for 2.5 days as a solo female traveler. PROS: - Safe - Great location - Clean - Guests receive 1 free drink and unlimited water bottles on request - Michal/Michael (one of the front desk staff members) was especially helpful and friendly - The rooms have an old-school Europe vibe NEUTRAL: - There was a miscommunication over email as to whether I could check out late without a fee. We compromised (which felt fair) and I paid 50% of the fee. - The rooms are locked manually with a physical key. You have to lock yourself in and I worried what I would do in the event of a fire. The front desk worker suggested leaving the key in the lock. - There was a pretty good selection for breakfast. I do wish there was another hot option, such as pancakes, French toast, or waffles. NEGATIVES: - There isn’t a great place to interact with other people. The downstairs room (the one with the brick walls in pictures online) was closed. I believe it is indefinitely closed. And there isn’t a bar in the sense of a physical space where you can sit and be served by a bartender. On request, the front desk staff will serve you drinks in the small lounge toward the back of the hotel. - The mini fridge was only partially functioning. It was more of a cooler.

Very unique hotel, architecture and decor were lovely. Everything was spotless and the bed was comfy, however the hotel is right next to a very busy tram line that runs through most of the night. A particular issue if you have a room at the front we had a 103 so it was very noisy

It is very well located (5 minutes or less to the main square). The staff was friendly and very helpful. The architecture of the place is beautiful and in general, the building is perfectly restored. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable (the mattress was too soft and thin for my taste) but overall a very recommended stay.

The property appears to use old/original/restored rooms that have historical features, such as old fireplaces, old painting and decoration on the walls and celings. Unfortunately because of this it appears extractor fans are required in every room and cannot be turned off; so it was difficult for me as a light sleeper to find the peace and quiet to be able to sleep. The property is also situated right next to the tram lines so whenever they go past it is incredibly loud, although this cannot be helped. The staff were nice and helpful. My only real concern is the fact that here on Expedia, the hotel is advertised as having Breakfast Included in the price, but when I was checking out, the receptionist was asking for payment for the 3 mornings I had a coffee, a couple of biscuits and a small assortment of pickled vegetables.

This is a place where location was of paramount concern but it is not a place that is modern or stylish. The staff were all nice and helpful and there was a traditional European (not American) style breakfast offered as well.

Unique boutique hotel, very central, loved the brick vaulted ceilings, construction was like the cellar bars in Krakow. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Tram passed the front of the building from quite early to late. No bar.

A lovely hotel with history , great staff at reception and the breakfast room always smiling and so helpful , speaking perfect English . Location of hotel is brilliant, the only little snag would be the background noise from the trams ; the courtyard rooms are quieter. Overall a great place.

My husband and I, stayed at the hotel Santi, Kraków for three nights, beginning of February, 2020. We were allocated room number 303, up on the third floor. Up in the eaves. I should mention the following. The moment we opened the door into the darkened room, I went flying, there was a step which you were not informed of from the outside. This was most dangerous. Then, I kept bumping my head. The room is obviously a conversion and the ceiling slanted down really low on the street side of the room. There were two small windows down really low. Allowing little light into the room. No view whatsoever. The room had two single beds and I tried to move my bed, the left one as you looked at it, away from the window side and the low ceiling, into the middle, as much as possible. The bed was quite comfortable. The room was large. House keeping was first class. There were tea and coffee making facilities but the fridge didn’t work. When I called reception I was told “It wasn’t a proper fridge” There were some drinks in the “Fridge” that you could have purchased, surely these needed to be chilled? Breakfast was quite comfortable and was served from six thirty. The choice was quite varied, ranging from cereal, fruit, different bread, to a cooked breakfast. There was a machine from which you could select your drinks. I would add that this room was rather noisy. The trams were running almost constantly and we heard the noise of the revellers out in the street.

Best location, you can walk to everything in Old Town Kraków. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We had two rooms on the third floor -the only thing was that these rooms didn’t have large windows to look out. The windows were just small and near the floor more for air flow. There were also skylights in the ceiling for light. If you face towards the square & have your windows open, it is very loud because of the traffic and the people leaving pubs at night. But then again, it’s near the square so it will be that way... Good breakfast every day!
