It’s not 3 stars hotel
First of all. This hotel isn’t even close to 3 stars rating. Each night during my stay there are big groups of kids. They running, yelling, slapping doors, jumping and screaming all nights. When l complained at front desk they did anything.

The hotel is ok if you are looking for a one, which is close to an airport (which was my case). Do not select it if you plan to visit Krakow, as it is far from the city center. In plus: the room was clean, staff was friendly, free parking, the hotel is really close to the airport. In minus: really thin walls and not sound-proof doors, so unfortunately, I could hear people talking in the corridor as well as in the room next to mine. It is not very convenient if you try to get some sleep ahead of your early-morning flight.

Nice and obliging staff. The room and premises of the hotel are clean. For a breakfast were a variety and wide selection of food so everyone will find it on their own.

Da vi kom frem, kunne de ikke finde reservationen, så vi måtte betale igen. Nøglekortet fungerede ikke så vi fik rengøringsnøglen. Restourant og og bar lukkede kl 20. Døgnet rundt, var der høj musik fra et sted i nærheden, og den ene aften glemte de bestillingen til min kone, så jeg fik min mad, og måtte vente 1/2 time på at hun fik sin mad.
