Fine stay and close to all the places I wanted to visit. Only issue was minor that reception desk was closed recently and I had to go to another property to check in. But all turned out fine.

Дуже сподобалось. Трішки не вистачало мініхолодильника чи мінібара, але не критично.Проїзд трамваїв під вікнами не відволікав, навіть забовляв. При нагоді повернусь знову.

This is a lovely hotel situated in the centre of Krakow. The staff are lovely and will do anything for there guests. Me and my sister (being British) wanted many tea bags for cups of tea and the staff always provided extra when asked and it was no trouble :) Air con was brilliant (again as a British person it gets hot easily) comfy beds quiet in the hotel. Only downside there was only one pillow and my room was next to the tram lines but once asleep you couldn’t really notice them:) Overall great hotel will return if I return to Poland :)

Nice enough hotel , good for the city centre . Breakfast was included and very tasty. Nasty large stain to bedroom carpet definitely let it down .

The hotel is in a great location, close to the old town ( 10 mins walking ) , the tram is 300 M near . The property is friendly and good for families. Thank you Sylwia for your help .

Good location budget hotel in need of a little tlc
Hotel is small and basic. The bathrooms have recently been refurbished and are nice and clean, the rest of the bedroom could do with the same treatment. Breakfast basic continental with good coffee . Hotel is 10 min walk to the old town and 5 min to Jewish quarter

Very nice hotel! Very good service at the reception desk, restaurant and housekeeping! The hotel is right between the Jewish district and the old town. Highly recommended!

Decent digs in a fantastic location
From the outside you could be forgiven for missing the building but once inside it is clean and tidy. The folks behind the desk were always polite and acknowledged us when we were leaving/entering. The room was a reasonable size with large windows, Aircon and a presentable bathroom. The breakfast was enjoyable, there was cereals, cold and warm meats, eggs, breads and spreads and various juices. A coffee machine, also. Some might consider it slightly basic but it suited our needs. The location is the real winner. 5-10 minutes from the relaxed and fun Jewish quarter, 10 minutes from At Mary's church. We never needed a taxi and always walked. Our room was situated at the front facing the main road so there was some tram noise late at night but this didn't bother us at all. All in all, we had a fantastic visit in Krakow with wonderfully priced digs. Recommend.

A centrally located and recently renovated hotel
The hotel is very centrally located and recently renovated. The room is very comfortable and clean, everything looks fresh and new. The breakfast is also very good. The friendly staff assists with arrangement of transfers, day trips etc. Highly recommended at all.

Nice hotel and perfect position!
Really nice hotel and close to the centre - ten mins walk. Five min walk to the Jewish Quarters and really lovely restaurants. Twenty mins walk to the Schindler's lmuseum and lots of local shops on your doorstep. The hotel has recently had a refurb, so really nicely presented. The rooms were very clean and the sheets crispy white, lovely shower! Hotel staff were very helpful and we booked all our trips at reception and were collected from outside the hotel. The bar was not open as it was still being completed, but plenty of local places to go. Breakfast was typically continental, but you're in Poland! We had a room at the front of the hotel and it was noisy with the trams going past, however watching the hustle and bustle was worth it.... we could have moved if we wanted, we drank vodka instead! Really highly recommend and if ever I go back to Poland, I will definitely stay at this hotel!!

Bra läge på hotellet. Men servicen och städningen var oexisterande. Bad om städning men de bäddadeee endast sängen. Efter ett par dagar bad jagg om ya handdukar och städning, men fick ingen. Oacceptabelt att inte få städat på över en veckas vistelse. Kan ej rekommendera detta sk. Hotell

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, allerdings wären ein Safe oder eine Minibar praktisch gewesen. Die Lage ist super, da sowohl das Jüdische Viertel Kazimierz, als auch die Altstadt fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Der Lärm der Hauptstraße/Tram ist allerdings nicht zu überhören, was mich jedoch nicht allzu sehr gestört hat.

Gutes Hotel, aber nicht ganz korrekt.
An sich ein solides Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Aber gleich beim Check-in wurde abgestritten das ich Frühstück habe, konnte das aber nachweisen. Zum Ende wurde diese Panne etwas ausgebügelt, ich durfte später gehen.

Összeségében nagyon elégedett voltam a szállodával. Jó helyen van, felújított tágas fürdőszoba, a vártnál jobb reggeli. Egyetlen negatívum, hogy a szoba kissé dohos volt és penészfoltot is láttam, valószínűleg az épület nedves, ami ellen nem tudnak mit tenni, pedig ez egy korrektül és tisztességesen üzemeltetett szálloda. Ár/érték arányban teljesen rendben van.

Bardzo ladny hotelik, wygodne łóżka, wszechstronne pokoje, ładny wystrój hotelu, dobre śniadanka, blisko serca Krakowa. Jedyny minus to tramwaje za oknem co latem może przeszkadzac przy otwartym oknie.
