I booked a room with a double bed and single bed but when we arrived they offered us three single beds the room was not clean at all in the morning they moved to another room The second day cleaner knocked our door and said it’s not to clean every day,it’s every other day that surprised me , I wouldn’t stay again

The room, the bathroom need to be updated bathroom was dirty The lady she was very nice clean it I asked her to clean it. The housekeeper was very nice.

Citrus hotels.
The main reason I picked the hotel because close to the water and the most important is the hotel none smoking hotel. They have the first floor rooms are smoking floor and it was one floor under the street level ( basement ). I told the front disk that the room smaller than the one I reserved and I want a none smoking room. The advertisement for the hotel is none smoking hotel. That’s why I reserved it. The front disk manager show me another room, none smoking in the third floor if I pay 20 euro per night. I was so angry and I request to talk to the Hotel manager and after long talk agree to give the none smoking room in the third floor after I told him that I will complain to the management of hotel.com if I don’t get what I bay for. So really, I don’t advise anyone to pick this hotel unless you are smoker and that because the hotel is very close to the beach.

sigara icin özür dileriz. bir önce ki misafir bazen içiyor engel olamıyoruz. ama oda değişikliği konusunda hatalı olan personel bilgisi verebilirmisiniz. bizim oda değişikli için talep ettiğimiz tutar 10 euro dur.

Quiet area, Close to the sea , nearby bike rentals and spa , Life beautiful Turkish music on the waterfront in Beach Cafes🎶. Hotel receptionists are nice, very friendly and helpful, speak Russian and English languages , delicious and plentiful breakfast 😋. You can also order a good and inexpensive dinner at the hotel. The rooms have a refrigerator and an electric kettle - which is very convenient 👍 There are enough shelves in the bathroom to arrange your belongings, good strong water pressure in the shower 🚿👍

Very good hotel near beach.
It’s a very good hotel, only 200 meters from beach. They have swimming pool. Room service was slow. They have very good breakfast. The main chef lady in kitchen is so amazing. She always greet you with smile. You can have a nice conversation with her. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Wegen der guten Bewertungen haben wir dieses Hotel aufgesucht. Wir haben ein Standardzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war schrecklich, nicht wegen des Kellerzimmers, das uns zugewiesen wurde, sondern auch wegen des Badezimmers, das nach Schimmel roch. Die Badezimmermaterialien waren total verrostet und die Wände waren verschimmelt. Unsere Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer wurde ignoriert, obwohl wir bereit waren, den Mehrpreis zu zahlen. Wir würden dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen, solange die Zimmer nicht ernsthaft verbessert werden. Leider ist dieses Hotel nicht einmal einen Stern wert. Das Zimmer war für einen Gast nicht zumutbar.

Erstens sieht dieses Hotel nicht wie das im Internet abgebildete Hotel aus. Kein einziges Zimmer sieht das Meer. Das ist völliger Betrug. Es gibt nicht einmal einen Schalter, um die Lampe nachts auszuschalten, wenn man im Bett liegt. Wäre es nicht ein Nachtlicht? Das Reinigungspersonal macht seine Arbeit nicht gut. Handtücher sind schmutzig. Der Raum ist dreckig. Die Flure sind staubig. Keine vier Sterne, nicht einmal drei Sterne.

Küçük ama sempatik, işlevli, tertemiz
Çok çok beğendik. Güzel ve sempatik bir oda, harika bir manzara ve konforlu bir banyosu vardı. Dolaplar son derece yeterli, dekorasyon sadeydi ve tamamen doğru seçimler yapılmışt. Alan çok iyi kullanılmış (oda biraz küçük ama bu hiç problem olmuyor). Temizlik harikaydı, bizim için en önemlisi buydu ve beklrntimiz karşılandı. Çalışanlar guleryuzlu, özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok tatlıydı. Oda hakkında özel isteklerimi rezervasyon yaparken yazmıştım ve hrpsi karşılandı. Kahvalti bol çeşit, self servis ve oldukca doyurucu. Yeri çok güzel, sahilin hemen dibi. Tam bir fiyat prrformansti cok memnun kaldik. Bir dahaki gelişimde yine gelmeyi düşüneceğim tatlı bir yer♥️

Ich kann die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. 1. Ich hatte einen Garden Room gebucht und über Expedia vorausgezahlt. Bekommen habe ich Vorort ein normales Zimmer ohne Terrasse/ Balkon. Nach Beschwerde wurde mir gesagt, dass nichts anderes verfügbar ist. Hier hätte man mir dann die Differenz erstatten sollten, aber ich bekam nichts. 2. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft dreckig, nach Beschwerde wurde es gereinigt. 3. Keine tägliche Reinigung und Austausch der Handtücher. Nach Beschwerde wurde mir gesagt, dass die Reinigung alle drei Tage erfolgt. Sprich bei einem 5 tägigen Aufenthalt nur einmal, was soll das?? 4. Öfters kaltes Wasser und erst nach Beschwerde kam dann warmes Wasser zum duschen. Ich musste quasi täglich anmerken dass das Wasser kalt ist. 5. Ich hatte bei der Buchung angemerkt dass, wir ein zwei jähriges Kind haben und hierfür ein Babybett benötigen, dies wurde mir bestätigt. Vorort bekam ich aber keins. Als Antwort: die gesamte Unterkunft hat nur 2 Babybett die bereits vergeben sind. 6. Im Essenssaal war nur ein Hochstuhl für kleinkinder vorhanden. Meines Erachtens sehr schlecht organisiert. Sehr schlecht und nicht zu empfehlen
