Brand new hotel, but very average quality!
Hotel new, rooms are spaciuos, but the rooms have not air conditioning, air ventilation in the bathroom exists but not working, the floor and the coil do not heat, the smell of sewage comes from the bathroom, bad room service,non-fresh yesterday’s food is served for breakfast it’s a cardboard box for German retirees - strongly do not recommend.

The building is new, well-kept and subtly pleasing to the eye. Rooms are spacious. There is no climate control or AC. This would be okay, considering the climate in general, but the rooms should have at a minimum a fan to circulate air. Food in the lobby bar was excellent. But i was disappointed about the lack of room service. There are no on-site or reasonable accommodations for laundry service. That said, i enjoyed my stay. The building was in excellent condition. The style and decor was very much to my liking. Of special note, the person in charge of reservations, Agnieska, provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. She was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful.

Sehr nettes Personal welches auch sehr gut deutsch spricht. Bowlingbahn ist Topp sowie das Frühstück, Pool und Dampfbad ebenso.

Schönes, modernes Hotel. Das gute Frühstück dürfte gerne etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Es ist aber durchaus gut. Das Schwimmbad war warm, das war mir wichtig. Was nützt das schönste Schwimmbad, wenn es dort nur kaltes Wasser gibt. Leider waren die Parkplätze nicht im Hotelpreis inklusive, sondern mussten extra bezahlt werden. Angesichts des Zimmerpreises wäre freies Parken für mich eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit gewesen.

Very nice, new hotel with excellent swimming pool / hot tubs. Really nice in Kolberg and the beach is absolutely fantastic! Friendly staff, but couldn’t speak english (only Polish and German) - not my strong side but we managed to communicate in german at some level 😄.

Service teilweise distanziert liegt wahrscheinlich an der polnischen Mentalität. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wenn die Zimmer klimatisiert wären dann würden wir sogar unseren Sommerurlaub dort verbringen.

Leider gab es keine Parkplätze mehr vom Hotel aus. Das war einer der Gründe, weshalb ich ursprünglich auch das Hotel gewählt habe. Parkplatzmöglichkeit günstig. Eigentlich.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr schön. Die Sauberkeit, das leckere und sehr schön zubereitete Essen und nette Personal waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Was geändert werden müsste, sind Liegen im Spabereich und durchgehend geöffnete Saunen. Außerdem müssten umgehend BADEHANDTÜCHER für den Spa zur Verfügung stehen. Um sich vor dem schwimmen zu duschen , fehlten im Spa auch Duschseifen. Das müsste höchste Priorität haben.Auch fehlte im ganzen Hotel HINWEISSCHILDER wo sich was befindet. Haben das Fitnessstudio gesucht, auch die Sonnenterrasse. Vielleicht werden diese Mängel in absehbarer Zeit schnellstens behoben.

Schön neues und modernes Hotel, Essen fanden wir nicht so gut, zum Frühstück gab es Kuchen der überall Schimmelsporen hatte am nächsten Morgen gab es den selben Kuchen wieder überall Schimmel dran… Von der Lage her super.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet, modern und minimalistisch. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Allerdings hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf eine große Baustelle. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, für Vegetarier oder Veganer, allerdings sehr wenig Auswahl. Und wer später als 9 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt, muss mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen. Eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse hat dieses Hotel zu bieten mit tollem Ausblick auf die Ostsee.
