I had such a wonderful time here. The rooms are spacious, the spa area is small but you have everything you need and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel

Came late, they never Got the keycards to work even after 3 tries, we Got a key instead Breakfast was fine, but we didn’t like kids rolling on running wheels in the area, is in our opinion not correct in a 5 star hotel

Nice hotel close to the beach
We were here for a wedding, but it was a lovely venue I would consider returning too. Nice spa, just on the beach, lovely rooftop cafe.

Awful. Boring boring hotel.. no life. Eating after 830pm is a waste of time unless it's a La carte restaurant with very limited menu. Drinking at bar was not possible as it was also closed so we had to walk to the 4 star hotel next door to get something to eat. Must say the hotel next door was a god send. Nice food great wine and great service. Asked for late checkout as my wife was feeling unwell. Was told I could have 3pm for 50 zotes extra or nothing! We only needed maybe 1 hr? Most of the staff I spoke to didn't understand English. Very disappointing and would never use again even if it was free.

Good pool, bad food, far away from center
We spent 2 weeks with 6year old son. Room was spacious, bed for child well placed, partial sea view. Good pool, but restaurant food was poor. Nice beach but far away from the center

The hotel is bad in all respect. The service is very unkind (both at the reception and in the restaurant). They luck all the services you would expect from a sea coast resort, e.g. no towels for the beach, car parking so small that you must spent your holiday time searching for a spot nearby (very busy in the summer). Above all - avoid a dinner at the hotel restaurant! They may try to present it nicely on your plate but the food is tasteless. Instead of fresh fish (you are at the sea!), you'll get a defrosted piece of fish, so dry as of was "killed" three times (at the order we specifically asked for fish to be soft inside). Etc. Etc. All in all, on hotels.com you might see both good and bad opinions posted by the others. We had seen those as well and wanted to give the hotel a chance. Such a mistake! The hotel is far below 5 stars.

Nice hotel but beach under construction
The Marine Hotel is clean and modern but also very expensive for the town. The front desk spoke English but no one else did. Front desk service was excellent. The hotel is about 45 minutes walk from the town so you really need to take a cab/drive to go to dinner or take a very long walk. Food was so so. There is a nice cafe on a high floor with a view of the ocean. This is worth a visit for a drink. The hotel claims to have a private beach which is actually a small patch of grass in front of the hotel with a couple of beach chairs that overlook a fence in front of the beach. A huge section of the beach is closed off as they work on fixing the barrier walls. We could hear pounding from the beach construction and the building of a new hotel next door all day long. I could even hear the pounding when I was at my spa appointment. I would check on the beach situation before considering this hotel.

Freundliche umd motivierte Mitarbeiter, mehrsprachig, an Empfang, Service und Küche. Unser Zimmer war groß und wunderschön! Sehr gepflegter Spabereich, Bademeister sehr aufmerksam, Fitnessraum ausreichend. Frühstück großzügig, für jeden Geschmack, wenn nicht gerade vegane Ernährung gewünscht wird. Das Hotel liegt an einer gepflegten und modernen Strandpromenade außerhalb des Stadtkerns. Schöner Urlaub!

Sehr zu empfehlen, ruhig direkt an der Ostsee gelegen. Die Strandbar macht bis 0 Uhr Musik, die aber erträglich ist. Personal ist sehr nett und das Essen sehr gut. Der Spa Bereich ist auch super! 8/10 Punkte

Zimmer ist mit zu vielen Lichtquellen ausgestattet , dafür ist die Schiebetür zum Bad aus Glas eine Katastrophe. Weder Geruch noch Geräusch bzw.Sicht werden mit dieser Tür verhindert.Hier war ein Lichtdesigner am Werk ,und dann hat es nicht mehr für eine Badtür gelangt.

Super Hotel mit sehr gutem Service
Die Nähe zur Ostsee hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war immer sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig,nur das mit dem Kaffeeautomat war sehr langwierig und müsste vielleicht überdacht werden.

Die direkte Strandnähe ist super. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, generell sollte man bei der Buchung einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus reservieren lassen oder man nutzt das Angebot direkt vor der Tür oder auf den umliegenenden Flächen. Generell ist das polnische Personal nur teilweise freundlich. Man hat eher das Gefühl, dass sie genervt sind. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, nur leider herrscht Bahnhofsatmosphäre. Das Frühstücken ist eher ein Krampf, man sucht jeden Morgen einen Platz und das Personal kommt erschwert hinter her was das Aufräumen angeht. Prinzipiell sollte man gleich zu Beginn oder eher zum Ende der Frühstückszeit gehen, um einen entspannten Start in den Tag zu erleben. Das Zimmer war wie auf dem Bild abgebildet, nur leider zB die sanitären Anlagen veraltet oder defekt, auch die Klimaanlage, sie hat tlw gar nicht gekühlt oder war sehr laut. Positiv war die Massage, diese kann ich nur schwer empfehlen. Der Fitnessraum war ok, jedoch nicht so üppig wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das integrierte Café hatte guten Kuchen, jedoch leider wieder nicht so freundliches Personal. Insgesamt war es ein guter Urlaub, jedoch ist das Hotel leider keine 5 Sterne wert.

Vi havde bestilt et 5 stjernet spa hotel. Placeringen var super. Helt ned til stranden og vi havde en fin udsigt over havet. Når det så er sagt, så er der ikke meget mere at rose hotellet for. De bryster sig af at være et 5 stjernet hotel??? Hotellet var slidt, aftenbuffeten var ringe, morgenbuffeten var nogenlunde, men bestemt ikke noget at råbe hurra for, sand på gulvet i spa’en da medarbejdere gik i udesko og ingen vand at få i spa’en. Og servicen fra medarbejderne var bestemt ikke noget specielt. Så alt i alt et ok hotel hvis man regner hotellet for at være et 3 1/2 stjernet efter danske normer. I Polen er det for dyrt i forhold til kvalitet, men med god beliggenhed.

Hotellet var under all kritik, vid ett 5-stjärnigt hotell förväntar en sig åtminstone att rummet är städat, att möblerna är hela & rena utan rester från tidigare gäster och att det är en god service. Så var dock inte fallet. Hotellrummet städades om 2 gånger men utan framgång. Hår, lösögonfransar, vätska på väggen vid sängen & skoavtryck på bord var fortfarande kvar trots upprepade påpekningar. Nedsuttna stolar i restaurang & allmänt slitet. Tråkig frukost.

Czystość pokoju pozostawia wieeeeele do życzenia jak na hotel w tej klasie i cenie ! Widać, że czas zamkniętych hoteli podczas COVID został przespany... Nie warto tam jechać...

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis schlecht, kurze Beispiele: Frühstücksbuffet einfallslos, keine frischgepresste Säfte (nur aus der Tüte), Parkhaus- nur draußen, nicht gesichert, sehr eng, nur gegen Gebühr. Obwohl es unser Honeymoon Urlaub war, haben wir nicht mal einen Sektempfang bekommen. Kein individuelles Verhältnis zu den Gästen. Für über 1.000 zl pro Nacht war das Hotel u.E. leider nicht wert.
