The property is ok , the staff was ok but no extra service, if you asked for something they did it , but nothing special, most don’t speak much English. So a little hard to communicate, the beds are very hard like sleeping on the floor but I did ask for mattress pads twice . And after 2 mattresses pads the bed was still very hard . All the bed linens have holes in them , the pillows har hard as well we stayed in the new building, the breakfast is ok nothing special the juice is a tang mixture, the pool area is ok but the lounge chairs are not comfortable since they can’t move up or down , the food at the hotel is not very good , so you have to eat else where , to get to the road there is a very hard hill to climb, the hotel has no shuttle service and in koh samui the taxis and grab is runner by the mafia , so if don’t don’t no how to ride a scooter thus place is not for you , there is a amazing massage place down the toad it’s called magic hands , best massage I have ever had , went there several times well worth going , 400 bhat a hour , overall if the price is right this hotel which is really called 3 threes , is ok

Cleanliness was not there. There is lots of posters saying you will have to pay if you stain the towels or sheets... but the towels and sheets were stained upon check in. The pool has lots of hair floating in it and we dont think it is chemically balanced. The breakfast flat out sucked. The ham tasted awful, the english breakfast came with a quarter of a potato as hashbrowns, the best breakfast you can order is the granola and yogurt. Our room was very nice which was good but that was the highlight. A nice room. The resort has no atmposhere and the staff do not care. Seems like a shady family owned resort rather than a luxury getaway. Maybe our expectations were too high. So if you read this and you want a nice room on that side of the island go for it. Just dont expect much.

Dear,Guest We pleasure to say tank you for your stay at our accommodation and we apologize for our staff and for English breakfast that we serve you is standards for 2 eggs some potato (Actually we not include if follow by menu but we serve because in picture we show potato so we serve like picture if guest not full we also buffet toast coffee tea and local fruits for more we have to control budget because we really It is business now we set price quietly lower price for low sea season and for cleaning we service if guest hang on side for please make my room before 2 pm our house keeper come to clean your room If guest do not hang on no one to come but we will give some water and coffee and tea in front of your room every day and for owner and staff don't care We will talk with them again for this subject we really apologize for made you unhappy we happy and thank you for your review and we will trying to improve this subject thank you.

I had a really lovely stay here. A peaceful and well kept location. All staff are lovely and helpful. Not too far to the main Lamai beach and restaurants. Obviously quicker on a bike but still can be walked to if you don't mind walking. I would stay here again.

Great place to relax
I was looking for a quiet place to relax for a few nights and ended up extending for a week because I enjoyed this place so much. The staff was so accommodating and my room was very clean and new. I loved taking my morning coffee next to the beach or in the pool. This is a great place to decompress and enjoy the sounds of the sea.

Beautiful surroundings located on a picturesque beach 🏖 with great staff and large private villa accommodation with balconies overlooking the ocean for a early sunrise or a romantic sunset 🌅 Comfortable beds with hot showers and strong aircon and good wifi Rent a motorcycle at the property or 100 metres down the road Further around the coast than other hotels but extremely quiet and peaceful area with plenty of food places and scenic attractions nearby Would definitely stay here again Mick and Kanyanon

Loved my seaside ocean view villa
Gorgeous beach front villa. Comfortable bed with soft linen, sea blue and white colours. Fantastic pool looking right across the sea. Backpacking restaurant with nice food nearby, after a temple.

The room was very tidy and clean, but..
The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very kind, so it was very nice, but the sea infront of hotel is not so good. there are some ships and the view was not so beautiful. The location is ok if you rent a bike, but you have to walk a lot if you just walk to go somewhere.

Great value room
A perfectly acceptable room for the money. The location is a bit out of the way, so you'll definitely want to hire a scooter (available from reception). Their new pool is nice in the evening. There's a few minor negatives such as the shower being a bit average and the room-temperature minibar on arrival (sometimes a cold beer is exactly what you feel like in the mid afternoon heat) but it didn't particularly detract from the stay that much.

Very quite and right on the beach
We stayed at Sarocha villa for only one night. Very quite but right on the beach. Our visit was pleasant. The room was nice and clean. We had 2 bathroom towels, TV, Aircon, 2 bottle of water, private terrace. The bathroom is clean and the toilet and shower are located in the same spot. You are not allowed to wash your clothes and use electric devices, probably because it is a place on the island. Wifi worked fine. I think that only the door locking system needs to be upgraded. Lovely staff, very friendly & helpful. The lady (staff) also booked a ticket for us for the ferry to another island, she was very helpful. If you do not like dogs don't go there because the dogs are around villas and comes with you when you arrive, but they are not harmful. Little bit off the main centre so you must hire a taxi or motorbike because at night there are no lights on the street in front of the Sarocha Villa. In general a good place to stay.

Great accommodation and location.
Management and staff were superb, I was fortunate that I had a car so could move about freely. However, some people were there just to relax with the chalets next to the beach it was ideal.

Large bungalow in quiet location.Major problem is the beach is not suitable for swimming due to shatp rocks and poor sand. Away from center of town resulting in the lack of night life and restaurants.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway!
Great, low key villas with a decent little beach. One fancy restaurant with live music, one local restaurant with good, cheap food and a great Italian spot! The owners are very nice and helpful!!

We loved everything about our stay in Sarocha Villas. The accommodation was great, cleaned daily, fresh towels, breakfast included was fab & the surroundings were idyllic. Many thanks to Prim & her staff who were so helpful. It is at quieter part of the Island South of Lamai Beach. We found it best to hire a scooter or a car to get around & see this beautiful Island. We would definitely like to go back.

Great spot for the budget traveler.
This hotel is great for the price. It was clean, quiet, on the water, and the people (staff and other guests) were very friendly. Taxi’s and other public transportation was easy to catch but I recommend renting a motor bike, this is not a convent location for walking to town. We would definitely stay there again and for a longer period of time. If you’re looking for luxury choose a different hotel.

Séjour positif. La chambre ressemble aux photos. Nettoyage quotidien. Internet impeccable. Que ce soit dans la chambre et même sur le trajet pour aller aux restaurants de l'hôtel. Prévoir location de scouter ou voiture car un peu loin de tout et trop dangereux à pied ne serait ce que pour aller dans les restaus à 5 minutes à pieds. Par contre les deux restaus ( là où on prend le petit dej et au bord de la plage) pas supers. Jamais vu un burger avec un steak gris, les nuggets c'est pas du poulet et les pizzas margarita minuscules avec 20 lamelles d'ail .... mieux vaut abandonner la cuisine autre que thaï...

Que des gens sympathiques et serviables, efficaces. Juste correctif à apporter d’après notre expérience : un mobilier de piscine-bar un peu vétuste et une literie neuve mais très dure (pas de sommier). Attention, il y a les bungalows et le bâtiment neuf où ce sont des chambres. Nous étions dans cette partie neuve. Si vous souhaitez les bungalow il faut vérifier cela lors de la réservation.

Casetta accogliente e spaziosa a due passi dalla spiaggia, staff gentilissimo e disponibile ad aiutare per gli spostamenti, piscina sul mare meravigliosa e ottima posizione ( 5 min da Lamai Beach). Lo staff offre anche un servizio di affitto scooter molto conveniente. Consigliato al 100%!

Einfach, ruhig und günstig.
Vorweg, Preis/Leistung war okay. Unser Bungalow war einfach und zweckmäßig. Reinigung erfolgt auf Anforderung, was dann auch prima klappt. Ungeziefer hatten wir keins im Zimmer. Da wir 1,5 Tage Dauerregen hatten, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das Fernsehprogramm, trotz 400 Sendern, völlig untauglich ist. WLAN funktioniert prima. Im Strandbereich besteht Renovierungsbedarf, teilweise ist die Begrenzungsmauer zum Strand zusammengebrochen. Auch ein paar neue Liegen wären mal angebracht. Der kleine Strand ist recht schön, aber das Meer ist an dieser Stelle sehr flach, so das einem das Wasser auch nach vielen Metern nur bis zu den Knien reicht. Ausserdem gibt es in diesem Bereich viele Seegraswiesen und Felsen, sowie auch Seeigel. Lamai Beach ist aber mit dem Motorroller in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, was nach Karte bestellt wird, allerdings auch kombiniert werden kann, so das es je nach Gusto ausfällt. Uns hat es geschmeckt. Wer Trubel und Luxus braucht, ist dort fehl am Platz. Uns hat es soweit gut gefallen und wir würden es wieder buchen. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abends haben wir an 9 von 11 Abenden im "Lucky Elephant" gegessen, was ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt ist, und wo es uns immer sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Auch dort ist das Personal 1A.

Уютный, тихий отель. очень добрые и отзывчивые хозяева. Вокруг всё цветёт, в море можно снорклить и кататься на каяке. Много подводных обитателей. Еда в ресторане не разнообразна, но очень вкусная и свежая. Удобный заезд в отель. Есть бассейн который вечером подсвечивается переливающимися лампами. На территори есть гамаки, столики, лежаки и кресла. В номере есть чайник и дают бесплатный чай, кофе и воду. Пляж Ламаи в пешей доступности. Также в пешей доступности православный Храм:) Напротив отеля порой проходит храмовая ярмарка.

Strandabschnitt kaum vorhanden. Außenpool gut zur morgendlichen sportlichen Betätigung. 25-30 Minuten Fußweg entlang der vielbefahrenen Hauptstrasse in den Ortsteil Lamai.

Perfect stay thanks to the sweet owners
just an amazing friendly host Miu who see to that you are having a good vacation. when my girlfriend got sick she just took us to the pharmacy and the hospital. She helped us arrange a one-day trip to the national park for a very good price, helped us do laundry and took care of our transfer from samui to phangan. Also thanks to our friendly (slightly crazy - the good way) nairbour Gordon. he was as helpful and as kind as the staff. thank you everybody for a wonderfull stay at saroccha.
