Disgusting! Blood on curtains, cigarette ashes on the floor, stained comforter, wall peeling from water damage, leaky faucet, smelled musty and smoky.

This property was so disgusting that we left 2 days into our week stay and paid for another place to stay. We saw 3 different rooms at this motel and they just kept getting worse. If you like mold, bugs, and a dirty room then this is the place for you. PSA they have ONE MAN to clean this entire motel, just one.

This place hasa lot of work that need to be done. When I walked in the room assigned to me, I smelled mold. Look in the bathroom right away, and there it was all around the bath tub. I asked to be moved right away.

Better than basic
Based on the price and location, I didn't expect much. But I was surprised at how accommodating the staff was with my questions and the assistance they provided while helping me park my moving truck and the car-carrier attached. Also, the a/c worked very well, so I couldn't have asked for much more.

Do not book this hotel
We booked the non smoking room,we got in so tired from a very long ride and decided to bare with the smell, took 2 hrs rest then took shower then we found out towels are all stained looks like unwashed terrible terrible dried ourselves with hair dryer.and that gave us the reason to double check our bedsheets pillows and found out stained yellowish and nasty nasty colors with cigarette holes all over, dust in every corner of the room handle-cap handle at the shower is broken.We asked for a replacement of our sheets towels and Lysol, too tired to move to different hotel since it was too late…my wife replaced the sheets and sprayed Lysol all over the bed and the entire room.In this pandemic time all the guests wanted is a clean and comfortable room to stay, in between our tiring travels,but this hotel is not after their guests health and comfort they don’t care if they’re the carrier of the virus because of what they give their guests…unbelievable

No hot water. Shower heads not completely functional. Hair dryer did not operate. Tv remote not operational. No USB port to charge a cell phone. When i told the front desk at check out, she did not want to write down the issues i pointed out. Also door to the room not very safe with the type of locks on it.

Ended up changing rooms the first Room was so terrible, stained sheets. Turned on the shower in the morning and it reaked of BM water wouldn't drain. No wash cloths in second room, one in first room, beds made TERRIBLY! Sheets in second room "Staind" (probay dirty like the first room) NEVER AGAIN

Don’t stay here!
We made a reservation for one king bed, non smoking. We get there, the room they have is two double beds. Walk in the room, previous smoker! Towards evening, the toilet quits flushing..in the morning the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain nor would the bathtub. Spiderwebs hanging down, didn’t see them until the morning. Upon checking in I noticed a sign “certified bed bug free”. That made me feel good. Now I know why they needed to hang the certificate to begin with. Hotels.com needs to remove them from the list until they make some necessary changes. Yes, we could have left. The remaining hotels were twice the price, if not more. When we checked out, they didn’t even care we had problems.

When we arrived to our room the ceiling was leaking in 3 different places, one of which was on the bed, so the whole bed was soaking wet. I had my 2 14 year old girls with me and I was very disgusted by how the room looked & smelled. The fire alarm had been ripped off the wall and it was filthy. The pillows were stained yellow along with the towels and bedding. We probably could have gotten by with the room for the few hours we needed it, but one of the beds was soaked. That is not acceptable and we went to the front desk. We told them about the issue and of course they had no other rooms left, so we left with the reassurance that the manager would call us later that morning, which never happened. In total I was at this hotel for an hour. I want my money back and I can not get any help from anyone. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This by far was the dirtiest hotel we stayed in during our trip. 1) Pillow case was dirty - recent stains not old aged marks. 2) No towels in the room. 3) No hot water for the in room hot tub - apparently Hot Water Heater is on a timer and doesn't work after 6:00 pm. 4) Toilet paper - roll had less that 15% left and no fresh roll in the room. 5) No coffee for the in room coffee maker. 6) TV Remote didn't operate the TV. 7) Black mold (appearing) stain on bathroom ceiling. 8) Broken mirrors. The only bright spot was Pam the Delk Clerk who was doing laundry at 8:00pm because the Housekeeping staff didn't do it. To bad she's leaving.

Don't stay here.
It looked unclean. The tub faucet had a stream flowing when off. No ice machine. Room was in very bad repair. Trim missing, no extra lock on door and privacy curtain half off rod. I felt very uncomfortable there and tried not to touch anything. At the price I excepted much much better.

Getting high from second hand smoke. :(
The app said it was non-smoking. The first room smelled so bad I could not enter. The staff was polite when I asked to be relocated. The second room smelled of slight old smoke but it was bearable. At midnight we got guests in the connected room that smoke pot all night and played loud music. It was disgusting.

This property was HORRIBLE!!!!! It was so dirty and ran down. I have pictures. The pillow cases were filled with hair, food in the frig, bugs running around in the ground, toilet didn’t work and was peed in, towels were full of brown stains like they cleaned the floor with them, and much much more I can’t even describe with words! The staff was very apologetic and sweet but there was just nothing they could do. They gave us a new room and it was still the same quality but with just clean sheets! I WANT MY money BACK ASAP!!!!

Pay the extra and stay somewhere better...
I was really disappointed... when came to our room and the blankets had black stuff all over them and a foot print!!! I told the front desk and she just said I promise they’re clean the type of blankets that they are don’t look clean but they are... I still insisted I wanted new blanket and I was given one that had a burn whole in it.. then the air conditioner vent was broken and I went to open the refrigerator to use it and good God it smelt awful and had mold in it... I told the front desk again and they said oh I’m sorry and that was it not I’ll get someone over to clean it.. I needed additional towels she went to the dryer because there was none ready and just handed me a pile of towels and said there you go.. very disappointed..

I reserved a double queen bed room. When I arrived I was put in a king room. Toilet had over flown and dried toilet paper and feces on floor. No towels. Fire alarm covered with plastic bag. I am still trying to get a refund from hotels.com. I left immediately and went somewhere else.

We booked 2 rooms both with 2 queens, but manager put us in a king and a 2 queen without checking with us - didn’t love that. The king room was not made up when we walked in (half cleaned, dirty sheets in a pile and no clean sheets on the bed.) Turns out that room was leaking from the roof, so they found 2 different rooms, but one was also leaking - so we ended up in 2 rooms on opposite ends of the hotel. In the middle of the night, one of those rooms also started leaking in the middle of our bed. (And not all the rooms were cleaned very well, which was concerning during Covid.) The two ladies working that night were SUPER helpful and did everything they could to get us in decent rooms for the night, but management was not great - and seriously, fix the roof. If 3 of the 4 rooms they tried for us were all leaking, it doesn’t seem like this was the first time.

HORRIBLE PLACE
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The room I was given was absolutely disgusting! Dried poop on toilet seat, wad of hair in bath drain, sheets stained and cigarette burns all over, floor sticky with some brown stuff, bathroom sink had some brown slimey stuff in it, spider webs in ceiling corners, and the towels were stained with brown and red stains. Cigarette/ pot smokers right outside my door all night long. Scantily dressed women hanging around the back of the hotel til 3 or 4 am. When i spoke with the manager the next morning all he could say was that he'd talk to his housekeepers!

Bed covers was not clean, no wash cloth was giving ceiling leaking on my head while I slept hotel from hell the worst. I told the desk clerk and the workers on shift that night I needed clean sheets they said ok but never brought any . They clock out a hour later and went home .

WORST HOTEL IVE EVER SEEN!!! I work I. The industry and can definitely understand the difference between a budget and a four diamond. This was the nightmare of nightmares!!!! Coffee stains up the walk, mold and rust in the bathroom, sticky carpets - three room changes and it just got worse!!!!! When I asked the desk staff if they indeed had housekeeping staff they said someone came daily, my suggestion to them was that they offer eye exams to their housekeeping staff as they must surely have issues. This hotel is a health hazard.

Place just was not clean. Towels and rags had stains and should have been discarded. Bathtub and toilet looked like it hadn't been Cleaned from the last guest. Old food left in the fridge bathroom ceiling had mold or dryrott. If i was actually looking for more than just a place to sleep i would definitely not fo back or recommend this place.

Worst hotel ever, i rather sleep in my car than to stay here again. They gave me and my gf a dirty room, there was hair in the tub, old toilet paper on the bathroom floor, and dirty covers with big yellow stains. After seeing how dirty the room was I got accommodated for another room and that room was dirty as well, went through 3 different room and every one was dirty. Long story short I couldn’t get a refund so I ended up asking for cleaning supplies to clean my own room.

First of all they told me Expedia was not going through and tried to get me to cancel with Expedia and pay through them ..when we called Expedia and got it all figured out she was embarrassed about it. We got in the room and there were stains on the blamkets, bathroom was fithly and after driving all day we just wanted to take a shower ..we literally laid down and slept and got up early and left aaap ...parking lot was filthy and I was just not impressed with the owners and the motel

The staff was very friendly. However, the room was nasty. The floors were sticky, the bed had several cigarette burns, and the smoke detector was gone. The bathroom wasn’t clean either.
