We booked 2 rooms both with 2 queens, but manager put us in a king and a 2 queen without checking with us - didn’t love that. The king room was not made up when we walked in (half cleaned, dirty sheets in a pile and no clean sheets on the bed.) Turns out that room was leaking from the roof, so they found 2 different rooms, but one was also leaking - so we ended up in 2 rooms on opposite ends of the hotel.
In the middle of the night, one of those rooms also started leaking in the middle of our bed. (And not all the rooms were cleaned very well, which was concerning during Covid.)
The two ladies working that night were SUPER helpful and did everything they could to get us in decent rooms for the night, but management was not great - and seriously, fix the roof. If 3 of the 4 rooms they tried for us were all leaking, it doesn’t seem like this was the first time.
