"The view is beautiful. Our room was not large but well appointed with a very comfortable bed and bedding. We did not see air conditioning, but in the hills we were very comfortable with the screened window open. Turkish breakfast was standard and excellent. We had difficulty finding the hoteln as it's a bit off the beaten path, so ask for a pinned location. The owner/host was very courteous and patient with us, as we arrived late after getting a little lost. We strongly recommend this...

"The place is a go back to nature and ski resort is for thse who are familiar with winter sport. Ski school is also available but if you already know how to ski you can enjoy the place better. If you are from a tropical country like me, better take taxi going up to the hotel since we are not familiar driving is snow mountain road. Most of the staff speak turkish but there a some of the staff know english. But the scenery is breath taking "

Clean hotel woth best people

"Very clean, spacious, and comfortable room. It’s easy to communicate with the staff as I checked in late. The best thing was the people. Ozlem and Eray were so helpful. Eray was amazing, he was so friendly and sweet. He offered me tea and coffee eventho I didn’t book a breakfast in this hotel. You can ask anything and he will give you the information needed. I also got information about a trip to Golcuk and it was a beautiful place. He also sent me off to taxi, a small gesture but I found it was very nice. Very recommended hotel. Thank you so much! Suggestion: water bottles (or refilable water) instead of only 2 small cup water in the room would be good."

"I don't really want to say anything negative, because the man in charge is so nice. It's basic - what you get for the price. The only real complaint is the breakfast. Below even the minimum standard. Nescafe instead of real coffee, a few cheeses and olives, those horrible fake spam things - and the bread was stale. Basically, don't bother with the breakfast. "

"I booked this hotel on Expedia where it is presented as an upscale hotel with a sauna and a free manager's reception. Upon arrival, I was informed that the sauna was under renovation, and there were not such thing as a free manager's reception. The hotel manager told me that they weren't responsible for what Expedia puts on the website. I appreciated the manager offering me a bit of a discount to appease me but overall this was frustrating, as I was looking forward to a sauna and a spa. Overall, although the hotel is clean and conveniently located, it does not live up to the "upscale" standard."
