Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. They get 5 stars for that. Really, very friendly and informative. I wasn't happy about the extra fees not disclosed during booking for having a pet in a pet friendly room. At $25/night it was an unexpected expense. Also, nothing on the website or during booking that said the pool was closed for the season. I should have called ahead to verify this given that it is an outdoor pool, but again, don't advertise it as having a pool when it's not open.

Hi Kevin,Thank you for staying here with us.If you look in policies on the expedia site it does state that there is a 25.00 per night pet fee.As for the pool, I am not finding where you would see this. We haven't had it advertised for some time now. Many apologies.I do hope you would consider staying here with us again.

There was a very strong musty odor and mildew odor in the room. The carpet was nasty with stains. Bed top comforter had large dark stains and looked dirty. Shower had black mold behind shower knob and on back of door. I probably won’t be staying here again on my frequent travel to the area.

Bathroom door lock was not working. Spider webs and spider inside the room. Limited breakfast options especially vegetarian options and no tea or juices. Room was very small. Bed frame edge was out and we were worried that we don't hurt our feet.

The property needs some maintenace, such as cleaning moss on the 2nd floor to prevent any potential accidents since it's exposed to weather. Handrail is bad needs to be replaced

The property is in need of upkeep. It looks poorly maintained, although clean. Maybe the pandemic hit the hotels pretty hard, but it's a business that needs occasional reinvestment. Staff was very friendly despite being spread thin. I will stay here again.

Our stay was fine - rather surprised that the rooms weren't serviced for our whole stay - apparently you have to ask if you would like them cleaned or receive clean towels. I thought this was an automatic service. Breakfast could be improved. A toaster would be a good idea.
