Outstanding customer service everything was great except the mattress on bed it was best words to describe it used where you have both sides where everyone lays dipping and middle is high. Didn’t sleep to well on it.

Hotel and room were nice. After arriving we were informed that water would be shut off for a few hours the following day d/t repair needs. Hotel also lost power for approx. 12 hours d/t a thunderstorm. Not a terrible inconvenience, but minimal communication was provided by hotel staff.

Very clean. Comfortable beds, sheets and comforter. Friendly staff at check-in. Incredible hot breakfast with waffles, omelets, sausage, yogurt and a variety of muffins, bagels and toast options.

The only reason it wasnt a five star visit, was an incident that happened around the breakfast area! My daughters and wife were in line literally waiting for the waffle machine, a staff member came and yanked all breakfast from in front of them!

It’s a Hampton Inn - it’s always a real nice place to stay at a affordable price. Everything was what we expected. The room was clean and very comfy!

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. It has a smart, clean appearance on arrival. Reception staff were pleasant, efficient and very helpful. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite and we were impressed by the size and cleanliness of the room. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Best place to stay in Kingsport
I stay here anytime I have to come to Kingsport. It is clean and the service is excellent. On this trip I was so tired when I checked in, I accidentally left my kindle on the counter when I checked in. When I got ready for bed I realized it was missing. I threw on some clothes and headed to the front desk to see if I had left it there, hoping it would still be there if I did. In my haste, I forgot my room key. I arrived at the front desk and explained my situation. The staff member there smiled and reached beside her, picking up my beloved kindle. She said she had not originally noticed I had left it and a few other people had checked in since I had. On one occasion a guest pointed out the kindle and asked if it was the staff member’s. Thank you to all the lovely people who did not simply take it for themselves. And thank you to the staff member who set it safely by her side. This speaks to the quality of both the staff member and the clientele. One a separate note, the breakfast here is always very good with a nice range of options, including good hot food selections. This will continue to be my hotel of choice in Kingsport!!

This was my 2nd stay at Hampton Inn Kingsport. Hotel was great! Very clean! Breakfast was good and refilled as needed. All the staff were very pleasant and eager to accommodate. The room was spacious but I found the mattress a little firm for me. I was able to get a late checkout. I will definitely stay here again.

The free breakfast exceeded expectation! Lots of choices and variety, very nice! The only issue was with the fitted sheet on the bed. It came off the first night. I took all the sheets off and put them back on. In doing so I found the fitted sheet had been put on wrong. I turned it and put it on. After that there were no problems, it stayed on as it should. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lady overseeing breakfast was very efficient, friendly. She kept everything stocked and clean. I will definitely stay here again.
