Comfy Condo
This condo is located in a nice condo complex a block and a half from the beach! The kitchen is well appointed and its located next to the staircase so I got my exercise in too! Lots of shops and dining within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this condo. (And the property manager is awesome!)

Great Stay at Maui Vista
WE stayed at Maui Vista for two weeks and much appreciated the quietness and comfort of the suite that we had booked. The groundskeeping crews kept the complex very clean and the pool attendants were conscientious in their cleaning of the pool area and the pool surfaces. The manager of the condo, Malinee was quite helpful in arranging for an extra night at the unit when our flights home were changed at the last moment. Very professional and personable.

Good location and comfortable unit
It is a good sized unit and lived up to expectations. Glad it had A/C in the bedroom too. Quiet in the evenings and very well located. We would book again for sure.

Impressive amenities and cleanliness
This modern unit provides everything I’d ever need for a condo stay. The cleanliness is impressive. The living room couch/foldout bed requires a new mattress. It’s about 8” thick and about 6” when compressed. I managed (at 120 lbs), but other than for me or kids, it could be a problem for others.

Just What We Needed
We enjoyed a very pleasurable and relaxing experience in Kihei. Our host was most thoughtful and kind, and our accommodations were just right for the two of us. We also really enjoyed being able to jaunt across the street to the beach for amazing sunsets and afternoon swims! We'll be back! Thank you!!

Perfect spot for our honeymoon

Place was great
I enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms were just as described and it was walking distance to the beach, across the street. You could also walk to places to eat/drink or even a grocery store was only 0.5 miles away. Was able to see a few sunsets and sunrises while here on the island checking off another of my National Parks, it was number 58 of 63. If I get back to Maui I will surely look up and see if this property is available to stay here once again.

Quick Getaway
Went for a quick 4 day getaway and this condo was perfect. This is my seventh time staying in the Maui Vista complex and this is one of the best units I’ve stayed in by far.

Nice stay
We had a nice stay in this condo right across the street from Charlie Young beach. The unit was clean and the AC in the living and bedroom were nice in the late afternoons when we came back for lunch after a morning of fun. The pool was nice to lounge around when the wind picked up our first couple of days.

Wonderful place. Super convenient to everything, Shops, surf and supermarket. Condo itself was clean,well appointed and comfortable. Parking was always available right next to the condo entrance point.

Perfect location, great communication, highly recommend!
This was the perfect stay for my boyfriend and I. It was a beautiful condo but I think the best part was the less than 5 minute walk to the beach! The pool was also great because it gave a nice break from all the salt water swimming :) Malinee was super attentive and quick to respond! Highly recommend this place.

Great property and perfect location.
This was a great property and a perfect, quiet location. It was a short, five to ten minute walk to Charley Young Beach. Very clean and had all the amenities for a great stay. It is an ideal property for either a couple or family. Would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it.

Mahalo, Maui!
I spent two nights here, and found it to be a great location for getting to beaches, restaurants and shops. I could walk to the beach for sunset or sit on my deck and watch the world go by. The unit was lovely, with plenty of space to relax, a well-appointed kitchen, and great deck. It was clean and worked perfectly for my stay.

Location is perfect!
We loved the location as Charlie Young beach was right across the street. Lots of activities all around. I was told this is an older property but it didn’t seem like it. The pics don’t show well but the flora view around the tennis courts from the balcony was magnificent! Flowers, flowers and more flowers. also well stocked!

A little slice of paradise
It was great to enjoy breakfast from the patio (lenai). It was also great to be able to borrow beach chairs and an umbrella. We enjoyed grilling at the property. Wonderful property.

A Comfortable Stay
We enjoyed our stay. The condo is an older building but the grounds were well maintained and the unit has been remodeled with a new bath and kitchen, which were very nice. We enjoyed the small pool and it was never very crowded. Parking was convenient and one could easily walk to the beach across the street. The location is near many restaurants and different beaches.

My husband and I love Maui and this is our second time staying in this unit. It's a great location, this year we didn't rent a car as Maui Vista is less than 5 minute walk to Charley Young beach and very close to all the local Kihei restaurants we love. This unit in particular has a great view and is well stocked with beach chairs/activities, kitchen supplies and more!

Amazing location
The location is what you want. The condo is nice and clean. It has everything you need plus things dont even know you need like washer and dryer which are really helpful after a day of driving to Hana. Check in and out are easy. Nice clear view from the balcony. The condo feels safe. The only problem might be parking lot which is not big enough for all tenants i think. So i kinda had to keep in mine if i take my car out late at night, i might not find a parking when i come back. But the area is very walkable. What i did just make sure to park my car before 7pm then walk everywhere which is a nice stroll along the beautiful beach anyway. All the beach chairs and cooler are very nice to have. Malinee is very easy to get in touch with. Highly recommended i would totally stay here again

Location was good. Patio was good. The hallway light should come on earlier, when we arrived it was dark and we had to use a flashlight to enter the code. Good shower head. Need more plugins in bedroom. TV operating instructions were awful, please rewrite them.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo itself was clean and was well stocked with kitchen utensils/dishes. There was also a couple of beach chairs, a bougie board, a snorkel set and several board games. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning kept us cool at night. It's in a very convenient location in Kihei - only a minute walk to Charley Young Beach and within 10 minutes of many shops and restaurants. Would definitely book this unit again!

Exceptional Vacation Condo
My wife and I had great time in Maui over our Thanksgiving break. The condo was exactly as advertised and fit out needs perfectly. Maui Vista is right across from the Charlie Young Beach park which in my opinion is the best beach in Maui. It is also a short walk in either direction for excellent food options such as Sansei Sushi, Coconuts Café and more. I would highly recommend this condo!

We would return
My husband and I loved that this was a corner location and there were newer windows to keep the cool air in. We also like that there was an Ac in the room and front room. The only thing that we would recommend is that the AC in the room get replaced. It was pretty loud. We went to bed with it on one night. It was humid and my husband was sun burnt. It was noisy. That would be the only thing, other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone and we would like to stay there again in the future.

Exactly as advertised, great deal and location. Malinee was exceptionally responsive to any concerns we had. Comfortable unit for sleeping, cooking and going to and from the beach! The complex in general is also friendly with enough pools and BBQs to never seem crowded. Would go back!

Amazing stay!
One of the best VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed in. The location is great and it’s close to a number of beaches, and it’s a short walk to restaurants and shops in Kihei. The property was extremely clean and well equipped for a long term stay. I would highly recommend it!
