Sweet little spot. Friendly, very clean, easy in and out. Amanda Made me feel welcome kind of gave me a nice room, and help me figure out local dining options.

What a perfect little stay and a hidden gem on the way up to Canada :) rooms were clean, updated but still kept some vintage charm. We slept so well in a comfortable king bed. I’m thrilled that we decided to stay here!

Our room was spotless and the bed was comfortable, it even had flannel sheets which were very soft. I didn’t get to interact with staff because of a late check in. I would stay here again. The only downside, and it’s very minor is the clean smell of the room was a bit overpowering and I had to leave the door open for a few minutes to minimize the scent.

Its appearance as an "ordinary motel" is deceiving. The staff is excellent, and the rooms are in very good condition. I will come again.

We stayed in the Lazy Lake Outpost house by the Lake Roosevelt Recreation Area just outside of Kettle Falls. It is off the beaten track but a great place for families to get together with two living areas and three bedrooms.

Nice, clean, relaxing, friendly.
Great communication from the owners, and a beautiful place to stay! We had three cabins almost in a row, and chose this place as it was closest (and very affordable) to the wedding venue we were attending. We were greeted by them in a friendly way, almost familial. Easy check-in and check-out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice sized refrigerator, decent shower. Very relaxing space, right off the highway, but the sound of the highway didn't make it into the room, so we slept soundly. If ever we need to stay in Kettle Falls again, this will be our place of choice!

Mark and Amanda were really friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The room was really comfortable. Me and my friend had a great stay at the Colombia point resort and would highly recommend to anyone.

Columbia Point Resort is the nicest place around. The staff was friendly and flexible and the half carton of fresh eggs was delightful. There’s a delicious diner within walking distance.

Proprietors were MIA. Key in a drop box. Office closed. Few amenities. No service. Room was okay but small, no chair, primitive. I felt their online presence significantly oversold the reality of the service provided. Decent lodgings but overpriced.

Little peace and quiet was exactly what was needed
Came to the area for family event. Quick trip, last minute reservation - couldn't have picked a better location. Traveling alone so always a bit weary, but once I arrived no concerns for safety or comfort at all. Very nice room with comfy bed. Quiet, and totally made this quick trip - cozy. Would stay there again if in the area.

Very nice hosts, and lots of potted flowers and vegies - very welcoming. Rooms are ok but old and worn, need some fix-it repairs. Sunday evenings, virtually all restaurants in the little town are closed.

The proprietors met me when I arrived and had a key ready and a bottle of water because I'd been on the road and looked thirsty. Mark showed me all around the place and offered fresh vegetables and fruits right from the garden. The care and pride of the Innkeepers was evident. It is a rustic place from a bygone era, but it was very pleasant and much better than a "cookie cutter" chain. The Columbia Point Resort has a humble personality that I appreciated.
