The property was a bit old but well maintained. The Wi Fi was not quite up to standard.

Thank you Tim for the kind comments & for taking the time. Yes we are having issues with our Wifi but rest assured Telstra knows and is fixing the problem. To other future guest please note we also have executive modern rooms and Spa rooms available. :)

Spacious property with lovely staff. Kid friendly place. Food at the restaurant was lovely too. I loved the cleanliness of the linen and the toilets. Tea, coffee and cookies provided. Neat and tidy. Close to the city centre and Woolworths

Surprisingly wonderful
Fantastic convenient central location.Decent restaurant on site. Otherwise close enough to the town centre and several options for food and shopping. One thing to remember is that the shops and restaurants tend to close earlier than in the larger centres.

Loved the restaurant, best steak I've had in 10 years, staff where very friendly, wasn't very happy with shower facility, and the pool was empty even though it was 27 that day. And a little difficult to get in and out of the toilet.

Always knew of this place when visiting grandparents. My grandfather used to work at the old Market Garden next door. For what we needed (a place overnight), this was better than expected. The sink was a bit small and we had to fill water bottles with the shower instead, and i worry about having a same kitchen and bathroom sink However, aside from some cobwebs and a crack in the door through which you could see daylight, my room was in good shape. The WiFi is better than some cheap resorts on the Gold Coast, and for $130 for three of us to stay a night, that's wuite5the bargain. My last relative passed away, and that was the reason for our visit, so I can't promise a reason to be back any time soon, but I was more than satisfied with what we got, and would like to return.

A comfortable stay after a long drive. The pool was great to cool down in too, as it was 38oC that day.

what can I say, we can't please everybody all the time as much as we try, some say they love the modern rooms , some say they are out dated, everybody's taste is different and to be honest...we are really over reviews good or bad, most reviews are just ridiculous.

Mum, my sister and I were back in Kerang to farewell a beautiful lady, when we do get back we stay at the Kerang resort in the budget accommodation area. Rooms are comfortable, clean and adequate for our needs.

Convenient as we arrived quite late and that was no problem. The facilities (tea coffee shampoo none soap) were bare minimum which was disappointing ie room slept 4 so facilities for 1 cup of tea each.

Not luxurious but no complaints. Pool was great.
I had a look at the reviews for Kerang Valley Resort and they were not great so I kept on searching. I ended up booking a family room at Kerang Luxury Resort due to lack of availability at other places (it was a last minute booking for the next day) and as it was 40 degree days, we wanted a pool. It was definitely nothing luxurious but the staff were friendly and it did the job for us as we just needed a bed for 2 nights and we had a great sleep in these ones! We spent a lot of time in the pool - it is a big pool and although the pool area could do with some new chairs and shade we took our own beach shelter so this didn't bother us. Kids and adults had a great time in the pool (even better that we had it to ourselves!). The room we were in didn't have a bathroom, it had a separate toilet and separate shower and a sink and mirror in the open area with the bench. So overall, pretty happy with our 2 night stay.

The title of resort is a bit far fetched, to me it was just another country motel with a pool. The room I stayed in needed updating but for an overnight quick stay was fine. Room service was lovely for dinner

very nice and clean motel. only thing that was missing for me was separate shampoo and conditioner. I did read the reason in the info book, and whilst agreeing, the dispenser in shower didn't quite fit my needs for a three in one cleanser.

A very convenient accomodation which is clean and has all you need for a comfortable sleep after travelling. The staff were friendly and the resort is easy to find and close to service stations and not far from the shopping centre.

This motel is easy to locate, close to the town center and there is little to no noise from the highway if your stay is in a room to the rear of the motel. Plenty of parking.

Average stay but clean
On check-in we advised that the account had been paid through Wotif. The male receptionist quickly checked their computer display and bluntly said it hadn't "but not to worry we have your credit card details if you nick-off without paying!" We checked our records which indicated the account had been paid - we reported this to a female who then double-checked their records and agreed it had been paid.
