We stayed in the 'Corner Room', I maybe didn't read the description properly, but the bathroom was across the hall, not ensuite, wasn't ideal.
It's a lovely old house, but this comes with a few inconveniences, the floor boards are very creaky, walls are thin, and no lock on the bedroom door (although you can lock from the inside), I found this very odd, but we just didn't leave anything valuable in the room.
The host, Rod, was very helpful, and the breakfast was very nice.
Very hard to get taxi's in Tenterden, we were going to Chapel Down wine farm and didn't want to drive, Rod suggested getting the bus back there for dinner, which was very helpful, and then Chapel Down had a few other taxi numbers, thankfully we finally managed to get one back.
