Comfortable beds for an overnight stay, neighbours were respectfully quiet, shower was good, place was pretty clean, tight space for a family but worked well for one night.

Staff and room in general was clean and tidy. Couple of the utensils were dirty. Channels were limited. Pool was clean and beautiful, but had no chairs or table to sit at. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if needed would definately stay again.

Very pretty spot right on the river and a short walk into town. Quiet, comfy bed, hot shower plus microwave all plates and utensils. Will be back next time we’re in Kempsey.

We were warmly welcomed by reception. Our upgraded room was at the back with a balcony, and overlooked the river. Very quiet and peaceful. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed and sofa. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Simple accommodation great for a stopover. Walls and windows provided minimal protection from outside noise, was woken up early on a Sunday morning from someone mowing outside

My stay was very pleasant. The location on the Manning River is very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The service was excellent. I would definitely stay here the next time I am in town.

Its an older style motel, that aims at low-mid pricing occupants. The shower and separate toilet facilities are 80's styling and definitely could be updated, but are spotlessly clean. The bed is firm, room is spotless and a fridge and microwave has been shoehorned into the kitchenette. Parking is at your door, and the staff are delightful people. Online check-in through Wotif, was easy and uneventful, and a pleasant overnight stay.

Receptionist, not sure why, snapped at me when I came to reception, even I had a booking. Swimming pool was far away, and completely unusable. Was brown and disgusting, you'd expect a swamp monster to appear any moment.

It would appear that this facility is some sort of mid-way house as there appeared to be some persons who may have had some dealings with the police. Police attended this facility to speak to persons whilst I was there. It did not appear to be for personal reasons. Also I was woken during the night by a noise created by a person looking into my vehicle.
