"Great stay in the off-season with only a few guests in the hotel. It felt like the entire staff was attending to us. We were treated like royalty ;) Ksenia from the Entertainment team took us to see the nearby mountain and it was an awesome trip. Fantastic food and service. We had a lot of fun!"

"Excellent selection of food and drinks in all restaurants. Staff are very polite and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. A daily WhatsApp message gave information about the day’s events. Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. The WhatsApp method of communicating had its shortfalls in this respect and I had to ask more than once to be added to the WhatsApp contact list. This was a very small thing in what was an excellent holiday in a premium hotel in beautiful surroundings."
