Jennifer,Thank you for taking your time to share your experience with us. While, we are 100% non-smoking, unfortunately, we do have guests sometimes who don't follow the rules. If we do find out who is smoking, there is a 250 fine due to having to deep clean the rooms. We use a machine that does sometimes leave a chemical odor in the room. We are very sorry you experienced this. We just finished replacing all of our furniture and we will be replacing the flooring next. We hope you will give us another chance next time you're in the Longview/Kelso area.
