Great staff. The hotel is going through renovations on each floor. My Room was not properly vacuumed and sheets on bed were not properly placed making the bed appear used.

Even during a major remodel, the open areas of the property were clean and well cared for. The master disruption was kept at a minimum. The noise was also minimal.

The property was under construction & we weren't told before booking. Do to the construction it was noisy early in the am. The wifi was down so the tv didn't work for most of our stay. The room was old & smelly.

I love the property. I also loved the pool, super warm..Everyone else was great and the breakfast was good. The only thing that I didn't like was how noisy were other guests. There was a team of soccer and they were super loud, at all hrs slamming doors, screaming, made it very difficult to sleep. But it's not the hotels fault.

Excellent check in experience with friendly, competent host. Super clean facility inside and grounds outside.
Well located for shopping and restaurants.
Quiet overnight despite being at near full capacity.
Lovely breakfast with multiple choices.
Will definitely return.

I come up to NH to go antiquing and spent one night here and it was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast and the hotel is next to many restaurants and stores. I liked that!
The hotel is also under renovations but that did not affect my stay.
I will stay again!

The property is under renovation, a fact that was not made known to me at any time from reservation to check in. The laundry facility was out of order, also not told to me in advance or at check in. The pool may also have been closed, I am not sure if that.

We stayed in a number of places this trip and this was one of the more expensive ones we stayed in. Room was comfortable and clean but outdated and a little worn. The elevator was down and we were on second floor. I booked a king and got two doubles. Other than that it was very similar amenities to others. The woman that serviced the breakfast area was wonderful and went above and beyond for a gentleman that was handicapped. Over all I expected more for the cost.

Hello thank you for your time and feedback, both of which we highly value. We do apologize for the elevator being down and for the room mix up. We must have been really booked. Since your stay the elevator has been fixed! And our hotel in undergoing renovations so everything will be nice and updated.
I originally booked my stay through hotels.com for Thursday through Sunday. My plans changed and when I tried to modify them on hotels.com they canceled the reservation so I called the hotel and I told them what happened and they changed it in their system so that I would have a king room with a sofa bed for Friday to Sunday. I called on Friday to verify the total with the manager and it was a $130 more than what it was supposed to be. He changed it in the computer. I reiterated I would be coming in later in the day and that I still had the king room with a sofa bed he agreed. When I checked in, I found out he had changed the reservation to a double bed room. The manager there put us in a room with the Queen, and he felt bad because this happened to us two trips in a row that we were changed from the king room to the double room. I am not happy about this and I don't believe we will be staying there in the future.

The property was close to a lot of stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn’t get a chance to stay much at the hotel but our room was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. There were a lot of choices to choose from.

The hotel seemed to not have been updated/ renovated for a long time and the bathtub had a brown mat that I was told was a non skid deter ant that appeared to be covering damage/ chips in the tub.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating when we checked in. Our room was ready early so we had time to prepare for the wedding 30 minutes away. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good and we especially appreciated the fresh coffee in lobby at 9:30pm
We checked in early and check in was quick. Comfortable bed. Room has microwave and frig. Pretty decent breakfast. Only here one night for a wedding so it was a good stay. Several places to eat very close by as well.
The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. Everything worked as it should. The breakfast was excellent as well. The little omelets were delicious and the sausages were cooked just right. The desk staff was ok-accomodating but very business-like. Not warm or friendly.
It’s not as close to town as we wanted, but could walk. We For what it is it’s a fine hotel. The rates are surprisingly high, but so is everything else in town, so it’s on par there.
