Property was lovely and clean and in a good location. Staff were very friendly and had good English. My only issue would be that the walls were thin so could head the tv from other rooms.

Winter in Kayseri
Very pleased with my stay here and would come again. Only passing through. The ski shuttle picks people up outside hotel at 9am and returns at 5pm.

Go for it!
The staff are very well-trained and make you feel welcome. The room was clean with nearly all the amenities you would expect (I did need to ask for hangers). Great value overall if you don't mind a little walk from the city center. The breakfast could use some small improvements in terms of keeping borek hot.

Fantastic stay.
It has great staff very friendly they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is nice nothing to complain about. The location is good. I really enjoyed being there and will definitely recommend.

Nice hotel about 1 kilometer from the old downtown area. The breakfast was good. I was hoping for a view of Erciyes Mountain, but it was blocked by a neighboring apartment building.

Excellent value for money
very satisfied with it, clean and excellent value for money. Only two things they need to be looked at: the room was very hot and we could not control the temperature. the second thing was the breakfast was very limited to the rating of the hotel. Otherwise there was no problems at all.

Die Luft in dem Gebäude war unerträglich, die Klimaanlage hat nichts gebracht, die Fenster konnte man nur ein Spaltbreit öffnen, das Hotel war Laut, wir konnten keine Nacht schlafen.

The room was spacious, but furniture just functional, bathroom was ok, the surroundings were noisy, the check-in unprofessional, the pillows a disgrace; the breakfast room dull, but breakfast opulent, the overall value for money ok; we would not want to recommend this hotel
