"Everything you needed inside of the unit (nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, washer and drying rack, iron and ironing board, furnished balcony, TV), inside of the apartment tower (clean hallways, quiet elevator) to the outside of the gated complex (24 hour security on site, huge shopping center within 5 min walking). We felt safe and very comfortable all the time."

"The stay was great. The rooms are not very big but well-designed so they don't feel small at all. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept very well. The restaurant had nice food and the staff were lovely overall. I'll likely be staying here again next time I'm in Katowice."

"We stayed here while at a conference with my partner and son. Hotel was very clean, room cleaned everyday if you want. Lots of green incentives in the hotel with the water filter by the lifts and the trust of towels if you don't want them changed. Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from for everyone. The gym seemed well equipped but we didn't use that. The pill and jacuzzi were both used and they were very good. All of the staff were very friendly at all times."

"Easy to find from Katowice train station. Got stuck outside when we arrived as we didn't know the code to the front door. Didn't receive any kind of info or warning before hand. There's isn't a reception area and I had to phone someone to let me in. The gentleman was very helpful in showing us our rooms and giving us are door codes once we were inside. Everything in this apartment was locked via Numerical locks, not your standard lock and key. But it was easy to understand and get used to."

"Hotel is economy, so to me that means no frills. The hotel is no frills but there are also some poor aspects which are below anything "economy". Curtains do not keep out any light. Limited plug sockets and in awkward places. Can hear every conversation in the corridor from 6am when you are trying to sleep. You can also hear other rooms toilets flush. Good points. Bed was comfortable, shower was powerful and hot, although not full height and is hand held. Room was cleaned, towels replaced....
