Dirty and unkept. Hot tub doesn’t work even though it shows available on the site. It was being “renovated” like the pool. Also misleading in the distance from blooming prairie. They must calculate based on how the crow flies instead of roads traveled making it more than 10 miles farther.

There was no hot water went three days without a morning shower. No phone in the room. It was overall a negative experience. Staff was delightful

Not worth $100 a night!!!! Hair in the tub and sink, mold in the fridge, stained sheets and towels… didn’t stay the second night.

The linens are old and need replacing our bed sheets had blood stains. The coffee pot did not work so we just got it from the breakfast nook. And the toilet bowl had a ring like it hadn't been cleaned since our previous visit 2 weeks earlier.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. I wish they would charge more and make sure that everything is working. The pool is in operable, but I really don’t think there was anything wrong with the pool. There was no pepper and breakfast. There was not much choice at breakfast. The sausages were small. When I asked for a receipt, the printer wouldn’t work. I went in to use the treadmill. The treadmill was malfunctioning, and the room was about 50°. There was no TV in the exercise room. They need to change an ownership.

The room was not as portrayed on Expedia, in short, the room was a dump. Old and broken furniture, yellow water. A patio door instead of window, with more broken furniture discarded outside. The jacuzzi was more of a garden tub, fit for one small person, and bottom of it was brown with stains. Bathroom by front desk was filthy. Pool was out of order. We did not stay. One look at room and went back to desk, gave back keys and left.

Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Complete neglect by front desk staff, inconsistent internet kicking me off every other second. First room they put me in wasn't fully furnished, hot tub didn't work, room phone didn't work. Second room, TV had a mind of its own concerning volume, up and down all on it's own. Last night I dropped a plate in the parking lot and tried to reach front desk 4 times, 3 in person, one via phone, in an effort to get a broom and dustpan perhaps to clean it up safely. Ignored, enjoy the broken glass in your parking lot.

Horrible eill never stay there again.
It was terible room dusty there was a smell in the hallway towels had stains on them looked dirty. Matresses way too soft. Parking lot not plowed. Swimming pool closed. We only stayed for one night then left. They charged us a 167.82 on top of wahat we paid hotels.com we are waiting on a refund.

Nothing worked... no pool or hot tub--it was closed... no ice in the ice machine--we had to clean our room hot tub before we could use it... the breakfast was terrible... do not waste your money on this hotel....awful!

Older hotel that needs some tlc. Staff checking us in wasn’t real friendly, but the morning staff checking us out was much friendlier. Snow drifts still in parking lot making parking a bit of a challenge. Water was rusty—bring your own drinking water. For a quick overnight, bed was fine, quiet room and hallways. Shower pressure was wonderful!

Drive into Rochester not worth your time or money
This was a terrible stay. I reached out to Hotels.com for a refund which i have not received. They were unable to reach a manager. The pool and hot tub were closed indefenitley which was not disclosed when we rented the room and were 2 amenities we wanted. The room was gross we spoke with a front desk person asked for a change or service . There was a huge stsin on the couch as well as so.ething spilt on the walls. We did not realize this as we had to drop our bags and go to our event. We went down to the desk immediately in the morning as the night person could not help us and no manager was available. They ensured us it would be cleaned and ready. We returned after 11pm to a still dirty room, couch as well as no clean towels, sheets ect. The over all hotel was dingy and not at all what was represented on line. We are still waiting to here bsck and get our refund.

Time to shut down clean, remove mold & remodel
Not sure where to start, outside needs maintenance & garbage removal, lobby is needing updating, pool, hot tub and fitness center closed. Room was disgusting, shower and sink not cleaned anytime recenly but have been used. Everylamp shade was broken, bathroom light has huge hole in globe, shower curtain and shower walls filthy with black smudges of dirt/greese all around. All metal (vents, lights, faucets) are rusty and dirty. Used soap & hair left in shower, pillows were either hard as a rock or so small and thin you could fold them in 4. Stained sheets on both beds, not sure one had been changed from prior visit. Other bed had large stain on comfortor and both were so thin they could be seen through. Dust and garbage remains along with hair covered different sections of the floor. Broken outlet repaired with non-electrical parts broken and cracked tiles. Recently replaced bathroom door handle was actually clean but not fully/properly installed. Oh and the best part mold on celing/walls and blood spots on wall by bathroom lightswitch. This place has switched ownership many times in last few years so thought we'd give it another chance since Baymont hotels tend to have much higher standards but will rethink that in the future. The staff are not concerened with any of these issues. Never again, would rather drive hours back home than stay here ever again. Mold appears prevent in building and needs to be cared for along with sanitation. I tried to add photos but it wont work.

Quiet stay
the pool, hot tub, and weight room do not work which I was fine with the pool/ hot tub. Service very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable, quiet. I nice no frills experience.

Don't stay!!!
Very disappointed! Both the pool and hot tub were closed. No warning in advance. Booked a handicap room. They claimed they didn't have any. Couldn't even give us a first floor room. Breakfast was minimal at best. No top sheet on the bedding. Had to ask for a sheet. They claimed they don't use top sheets, only the comforter!!!
