Hotel and staff were ok, but room service was substandard. We had to keep asking for room to be cleaned, fresh towels. Every time was “tomorrow”. After six day there we finally got room cleaned. Then we got accused of taking stuff out mini fridge, which we didn’t. Id say 3star rating is more that enough.

Beautiful location and outlook. (Standard) room was small but very clean with comfortable bed and decently designed. Service was very helpful and friendly, if sometimes less than slick. Food was pretty good and we very much appreciated efforts to cater for a gluten free diet (they made fries in fresh oil for us every day). The pool area is lovely with stunning views. The ‘beach’ is beautifully situated but small. Easy to get into town. We had a very nice week.

Beautiful Sea View
The hotel was away from Kas which was good. Our room was very small and it was difficult to spread out our luggage. The view from our balcony was not good but down the hall was an area available with a couch and great view. A great place to sip some wine. Staff was very nice. Although their English was not very good, we got through it. Breakfast was good.

Awesome location with great service
We had a pleasant and relaxing time at OleaNova. Place is clean, well organized, and quiet which was what we we were looking for. Swimming pool is nice but I would recommend walking down to path to hotel’s private platform (light food and drinks are available) to enjoy Mediterranean. Having dinner overlooking the Greek island with full moon is priceless. If you happened use t-mobile from US, your cell service will cover international data and texts and this location have service from both Turkish & Greek carriers. Internet service needs improvement.

We were here at low season so we got the place to ourselves. Lovely hillside hotel with a view of the sea. There was construction on the road but it didn’t bother us. The only downside was the size of the room. We had a twin room with sea view and it was very tiny to get around. The breakfast is fantastic.

Fantastic property with clean rooms, excellent service, delicious breakfast and beautiful grounds! The only downside was the noise coming from the nearby villa where people were partying and screaming until past 12, especially considering that fact that it was lockdown. But you can really get it anywhere I guess. Overall, the hotel is wonderful and we loved it!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Olea Nova. It’s location is stunning and the staff can’t do enough for you. I’d book a larger room if we went again. The Turkish breakfast choice is varied each day with plenty of fruit, bread and pastries. The pool area is so relaxing and the food wine is really good.

Beautiful location
We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Olea Nova. Very friendly staff and beautiful location. Room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was very good. It is some way out of the town but we expected this and it wasn't an issue for us at all. In all, we had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

Little slice of heaven
This hotel was clean and modern with friendly staff and an incredible little spot on the Aegean which I'm sure to visit again. The food wasn't much to write home about but the views were fantastic and the staff very friendly and attentive. Spend the extra $ on the the ocean facing deluxe room. That view just might add some years to your life.

Escape the package holiday masses
Excellent small hotel with a good mix of people staying including families, newly-weds, and older couples. Also a nice mix of different nationals, including Turks. There is nothing "package holiday" about the hotel at all, and we were catered for individually and very well. The pool area was excellent with plenty of good quality padded wooden sun loungers, towels, comfortable shady bits under the trees or canopy, and small jacuzzi pool. We were slightly out of season and the atmosphere was very relaxing as most guests were young couples. Rooms were spotless and well appointed, although ours was a little small. Very powerful air conditioning! We did not eat in the hotel in the evening but breakfast was good and the dining areas clean, the staff helpful, and there was plenty of food at the buffet. Perhaps not the best location for easy access to the sea as there is no beach and access is straight off the rocks into deep water and back out via a ladder. All of the hotels on the Kas peninsula are like this and there were no lifeguards. This was fine on a calm day but if there is any swell getting in and out of the water was potentially challenging and not suitable for children or people who are not strong swimmers.

Great little hotel
If you like peace and quiet it is an excellent choice in location, however, be aware that drive to town is 10 mins something to think about before ordering a bottle of wine. The breakfast is excellent if you enjoy mediuteranean fair, otherwise vareity could be lacking, but I loved it and coffee was great.

Fabulosa vista desde nuestro dormitorio. El hotel falta un buen gerente para organizar y entrenar el staff. Detalles como falta de un buen edredón para nuestra cama , solo una bata de baño para 2 personas y cero papel higiénico en la habitación cuando llegamos no debería occurir en un buen hotel.

Très bel hotel (au milieu d’une péninsule qui en compte des dizaines), chambres propres, jolies, magnifique piscine et surtout un accès direct à la mer avec quelques transats sur les rochers. Chouette baignade. Accueil très gentil, en français. Il faut une voiture pour rejoindre Kas.

Kahvalti cok vasat idi. Icecek su bile extra ucret aliniyor. Ilaclarimi icecegim zaman odamdaki sudan icmek zorunda kaldim. Benimle beraber bir kac musteri daha bundan rahatsiz oldu. Bir daha kesinlikle kalmayacağım bir otel! Oda: Konakladığım odanın pencerelerinden bir tanesinde sineklik yoktu. Tek cam açabilme sebebiyle kısıtlı olarak odayı havalandırabildim. Deniz: Otelin denize ulaşımı var. Ancak şemsiye ve şezlong aşırı yetersiz. Tüm otel için toplam 5 şemsiye,12 şezlong vardı sadece:) Sabah erken saatlerinde şemsiye şezlong kapma yarışına giriyorsunuz. Üstelik otel para kazanmak için dışardan da denize müşteri alıyor! Yemek: Sabah kahvaltısı aşırı vasattı. Otelde 5 gün konakladım. Her gün peynir, ekmek yiyebildik sadece. Hatta son gün kahvaltı yapmadan otelden ayrıldık. Geceliği bu kadar para olup bu kadar vasat bir kahvaltı olabileceğini hayal etmemiştim. Kahvaltıda market yumurtası, peynir, zeytin, var yiyebileceğiniz. Onun dışında ekstra hiçbirşey yok. Ayrıca yemekler aşırı pahalı. Beyaz peynir+domatesli tosta 65 TL gibi bir fiyat ödedim. Eşim schnitzel yedi 110TL ödedi. Bir sonraki gün cheeseburger yedim fiyatı 95 TL'ydi. Çeşme de bile bu kadar fahiş fiyatlara bu derece kalitesiz yemek yemedim. Otelin çukurbağda olması sebebiyle öğlen acıktığınızda yemek yemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Eğer merkeze yakın bir otelde kalıyor olsaydım kesinlikle bu paralara yemek yemezdim, mecburiyetten yemek zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca tüm otellerde 35ml'lik sular bedavaya konulurken 35 ml'lik suyun parasını aldılar. Suyun tanesine 10 TL ödemek zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar müşterisini kazıklama amacı gören bir otel daha görmedim.

Siz değerli misafirlerimize check-in sırasında otel ile ilgili bilgilendirme yaparken sineklik petlerini kapalı tutmanız gerektiğini sözlü olarak bilgilendiriyoruz. Ayrıca sizin hotels.com üzerinden yapmış olduğunuz rezervasyon Standart Oda Kısmi Deniz Manzaralı ve bu odalarımızda fotoğraflarda da daha önce gördüğünüz üzere odalar da balkon kapıları haricinde extra pencere bulunmamaktadır. Biz sizleri 5 günlük uzun bir konaklamnız olduğu için extra fransız balkonu olan satış kanallarında satışını yapmadığımız standart deniz manzaralı odamıza upgrade ederek konaklattık. 2) Bayram döneminde asla otel misafirlerimiz dışında plajımıza dışardan misafir kabul etmedik. Maalesef yan villalardan bilgimiz dışında komşular gelebiliyor. 3) Şezlong ve şemsiye sayısı Covid- 19 döneminde olduğumuz için valiliğin kesin emriyle sosyal mesafe kurallarına uygun olarak hizmet vermek zorundayız. 4) Açık büfe kahvaltımızda ortalama sadece gıda grubu misafirlerimize 60 çeşit ürün sunmaktayız. Ayrıca kahvaltıda misafirlerimizin özel isteklerini ücretsiz sunmaktayız. 5) Fiyatlarımız yazdığınız ücretlerin altındadır. Örn: Shnitzel 110 TL değil 95 TL, Bazlama tostumuz 65 TL değil 52 TL' dir ve bu şekilde sizden ödeme alındı. Bu ürünlerin yanında ayrıca patates kızartması vs. ikram edilmektedir. Sadece TOST FİYATI değildir.
