It's all very good at the Phellos but I do wish they would improve the WiFi, it gets more flaky with each passing year.

Good location. Clean updated bathroom. Good water pressure. Room itself can do with some update. ( I was on a second floor) Trash can in the room would be useful. AC was cold, quiet and working well. It was not reacting on changing temperature up when I wanted it to stop blowing cold air. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially since I had a late arrival. Will stay there again.

Good points - aircon, pool and bar area. Poor points - staff service terrible and spoke zero English. breakfast very poor - need some international options. Average rooms, tired and in need of new decor but just ok.

Look for a better option.
Hotel is old and not being maintained. There is a horrible smell in the bathrooms. We left a day early even though we paid for. Not recommended.

Good hotel for the price you pay. Clean and staff very polite and helpful. Let us also keep room as we had late flight for a small fee. Breakfast is good and pool great. Hotel just needs a little updating but that didn’t spoil it for us. Also note there is no lift at the hotel.

No wifi in the room, had to go to the lobby to get some coverage. Had to remind them several times to give water, towels, etc. The phone did not work so could not contact reception for anything so for every thing, had to go to the reception/lobby, and due to no elevator present, it was a task climbing up and down 3 floors.

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. From the moment I walked into this hotel, I felt special. Everyone who works here is so polite, happy, and accommodating. There are workers constantly cleaning throughout the day and night. The rooms are dated, yes, but they do not lack in cleanliness. Keep in mind that any coastal place will have to deal with the constant salt erosion of building material. Just because some things look tarnished, doesn't mean they are dirty, it's just weathered. I would stay here over and over again. The location being close to everything in minutes but far enough from the night noise couldn't be better. The only drawback is wifi in lobby only, but in a way it gets you out of the room or chatting with other hotel guests:)

Great position& wonderful swimming pool, love outdoor breakfast area & selection of traditional food for breakfast. Hotel is dated but very clean & comfortable with good views as not overlooked. It’s quiet,no fuss, laid back an atmosphere we enjoy.Excellent value & would happily stay again

The hotel is horrible place to stay. After the check in the receptionist insisted on calling the security/porter to walk us to the room (despite multiple rejections). The guy who accompanied us was however very rude and unfriendly and showed us that we are not welcomed. The room itself was a big surprise- very (very) old furniture, outdated chairs, dirty toilet and sheets. The breakfast was “due to covid” very limited, disgusting coffee, no juice, nothing. Nobody wore masks at the breakfast, so there shouldn’t have been the need for limiting the buffet breakfast to the one plate served one.

My stay at Phellos Hotel
Very good location, a bit up hill. But, Kaş in general on hills. A good hotel, basic breakfast, great service from waiting staff. The room needed extra cleaning throughout stay, when mentioned where the cleaning needs to be done at the reception no apology was made, and he was trying to give me an excuse. Especially extra care needs to be taken during these times due to Covid.

Hotel Phellos - Kas
A lovely hotel in the heart of Kas - good location and great pool and water slide!! Just a short walk down into the main town where the bars and restaurants are and can be quite steep when walking back from the centre of town.

love the character of this hotel, being one of the oldest in Kas it is quite unique in its structure & layout.Position is excellent although very steep walking so not for the infirm, but that describes Kas in general.Staff at the hotel are very polite & helpful.Swimming pool is beautiful. Breakfast selection, fresh healthy, typically Turkish,again excellent

Hotel with friendly staff, needs a bit of updating decor wise but we had a great sea view. Really close to town so great location. Breakfast was pretty unspectacular. Beds and pillow not great. WiFi connection not great in the room either.

Great value for money.
Great value for money in this beautiful part of South West Turkey. Hotel is 5 mins walk down the hill to the centre. Everything was clean and well mentained if a little out dated in places. The only small negative could be the that we didn't seen a lift which some guests might find a struggle. Breakfast was a Turkish take on the continental breakfast with a good range of food on offer.

This hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance to all of downtown Kas and the various hotel beaches (i.e. docks with ocean access). The hotel is a little old, but is priced much better than the various, newer hotels with their associated bar/beach/dock access. My only complaint is that the beds are rock hard; I prefer sleeping on cloud-like memory foam that contours to your body. The room and the bathroom are cleaned daily and thoroughly; it wasn't even noticeable that we were tracking in sand from our shoes and clothes every evening.

First room smelled very strongly of cigarettes (despite no smoking had ashtrays next to the bed), and the internet only worked outside the room, so they moved us. Unfourtunety that night the room above us decided to have a party on the balcony and from 1.30am til 4.00am we rang and visited the reception 6 times to ask them to intervene. Finally at 4.00am silence. No really the hotels fault but handled poorly.

Great hotel in Kaş!
This is a pleasant hotel in beautiful Kaş. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, and they have the nicest pool in the area. I'd go back any time!

Last Minute - good value booking
Hotel Phellos was a great last minute good value booking. Fantastic sized pool which we had to ourselves! Hotel in a good location just up the hill from Kas central - 5 minute walk. Close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be quiet. Rooms a good size but a bit tired. Good shower - just had to run the water to get the hot through (we were on the ground floor) Good Turkish breakfast and friendly staff.
