As our company constantly tries to find new ways of improvement so that it can offer the best possible services, we really value your comments. Hoteliers reply: “Dear Sir / Madam I am really sorry that I could not seem worthy of your expectations, as you mention. Kindly be informed that your reservation was for one Double Promo Standard Room for 2 adults with 1 Child. Upon arrival I found out that you had 2 children, aged 11 and 6 years. I've upgraded your room free of charge, in order for you to feel more comfortable. Please note that the room type you have booked can accommodate maximum 3 persons. Furthermore, there were other guests on the same dates you stayed with us and they had their breakfast served as usual, maybe for 10 minutes I was away to take care of other matters for the hotel and my cellphone had bad reception. Once again, I apologize sincerely and look forward to hearing from you…Happy Holidays” Nevertheless, what we can promise to you is that we will keep investing in our amelioration, so that all of our guests can experience even better services.
