Great wellness & spa
Swimming pool, spa services and saunas kept in great condition. Love it! Breakfast cod have bigger choice and a bit better quality. I love that hotel provides umbrellas for rainy days same as onsens in Japan! Rooms are big but outdated. Would still come back to the same hotel

Great wellness & spa
Great spa & wellness, pool and saunas kept in very good condition and we'll maintained. Rooms old-fashioned and would need some refreshing but good size. Surprisingly comfortable big beds. Breakfast choice and quality could be better. Overall great service and would come back due to hotel location right on the river and great service we received.

Delicious Breakfast and Outstanding Staff! :)
The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the rooms spacious, and the staff were spectacular! They do not have wash cloths in the bathrooms, but a member of the front desk (can't remember his name) went out of his way to get me one. He was soooo sweet! :) The wellness area is also very nice and relaxing. It's very close to the Castle Spa and area where the hot spring water is to drink, but it is about a 20-minute walk to Elizabeth Spa. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone that wants to enjoy an upscale setting in Karlovy Vary. :)

Dvorak has a great location, easy access to everything, healing mineral water, restaurants, beautiful Parks and shops. Very clean and cozy, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Hotel has variety of SPA treatments that I enjoyed and would recommend.

Happy to recommend Hotel Dvorak!
Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Our room, though not large, but very well furnished, plenty of cupboard space, drawers, very comfortable beds and armchairs. Lots of TV channels in French, Russian, Check, Spanish, also English language, except BBC in our room, but there were enough other channels to keep us informed of all important news. Air conditioner worked well, also the radiator has been turned on in the bathroom, which was really pleasant. Bathroom was small, but again very well equipped with bathtub, shower, large table, bathrobes and plenty of towels. Breakfast menu rich and great variety to choose from, including fresh fruit and juice, cold meat, cheese, cooked dishes, pastries etc. Swimming pool very good, clean and water temperature comfortable. Also plenty of physical therapies, very good massage. The only thing we missed was a jacuzzi.......Highly recommending this Hotel Dvorak!

Nice staff, big breakfast was ok. Dim interior room, not like the one pictured. Short bedside lamps, unable to read in bed. Difficulty pulling closed the curtains behind desk, had to lean way over and reach up. Tiles fell off in steam room.

Great!
The hotel stretches over several buildings at the end of the tourist area of Karlovy Vary. So it is not too noisy or crowded, yet within easy walking distance from everything. Breakfast was great.

1. The food and restaurant servuce were exelent. 2. The Front Desk were very helpful, spoke good English. 3. The Spa Personal was good, professianal and friendly. 4. I did not like the Chief Doctor-named Vera , who talks to the guests in a very unpleased manner. Basicly cuts them down.

We stayed at junior suite as family of three. The room was spacious. I found the bathroom bit dated and choices at the breakfast buffet limited. There are no self ironing facilities, only room service. Impossible to book table for dinner at the hotel restaurant unless you take full board. I am not sure I would stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel with pleasant staff.
Nice room. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Close to shops. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We didn't use spa and pool facility. Would definitely stay here again.

Det här hotellet var inte bra. I behov v en renovering. Jag valde dessutom detta lite dyrare hotell med den enkla anledningen att få en fungerande AC och slippa värmen. Tyvärr var ACn trasig, men när jag påpekade detta för personalen så tyckte de bara på axlarna och gav mig en fläkt. Upptäckte även små vatten eller fuktskador på olika delar av rummet vilket inte kändes så trevligt.

das frühstück war ganz ok, der kellner peter un der portier milosewitsch waren sehr freundlich, der rest des personals gröstenteils unfreundlich, ungeeignet, man versteht und spricht kein deutsch an der rezeption, die regularien für die ein und ausfahrt des parkplatzes wurden mir nicht erklärt, ich konnte nicht wie gewünscht den parkplatz benutzen, ich sollte aber bezahlen, obwohl ich zwei tage im öffentlichen bereich stand

Pricy parking, smelly drains and no wifi in room
Although the service staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself is quite old, both style-wise but also with regards to room amenities. Some rooms, like the one I stayed in were not within reach of the wifi router. They did not have an alternative room of the same category so my choice was either to downgrade or live without wifi for the duration of the 4-day stay. Upon arrival in the room, a pungent smell was coming from the drains of the bathroom. Not exactly what you would expect from a wellness hotel. Despite maintenance checking the next day, there was no solution to the problem. The hotel has an open-air, unsupervised parking lot. Charges per day are € 20. Not exactly cheap. The pool and spa were decent, some proper towels would have been a good compliment to the linen sheets that had to be used instead for drying off after the pool. Even though this lies within the construction of the building, it was also rather complicated to get from certain rooms in the building to others, many times involving multiple/different elevators and crossing other floors. Overall the visit was ok but nothing to brag about. The hotel should invest in proper wifi routers and also fix the sewage problem.

Čistý a pěkně vybavený pokoj. Wellness i bazén zdarma pro hotelové hosty. Snídaně výtečné. Jediná výtka v rezervaci je uvedeno jídlo a nápoje pro 2 os. zdarma na den ( od čeho bych čekal vice než, že se jedná pouze o snídani).
