Is very high cleanliness and comfort hotel in for our first night stay in Kaohsiung. Breakfast is good but sometime a bit slow in term of topping up the food. Overall, still a highly recommended hotel to stay.

Firstly, this hotel is conveniently situated near Martial Arts Stadium metro station which makes travelling around Kaohsiung much more convenient. However, this hotel is not situated in the city centre and therefore, hotel guests can still enjoy the peace and tranquility of Kaohsiung while enjoying the convenience. Secondly, the staff members working at this hotel from 6th to 8th August 2019 were very professional and friendly. They would always offer their assistance to us whenever needed and also had lovely smiles on their faces wherever they went. After coming back to this hotel at the end of each day, it was really like coming back home to my family members. Lastly, the room which we had stayed in was clean and spacious which allows both my friend and I to open up our luggages comfortably. The bathroom even has an automatic toilet bowl with the bidet function and also the impressive Japanese sauna bathtub which we both absolutely love. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kaohsiung =D

Great amenities, clean, simple and yet high tech. Yummy hot and cold breakfast -Taiwanese fare included. The only draw back is swarms of tours from a certain large country can make breakfast an unpleasant frenzy.

Pretty good
It was a wonderful experience! The room is a bit small but comfort!! It's a pity that the bath tub in my room, the tap are hard to turn on and a little bit leaking. Didn't get to use rhe bath tub. Overall …it is a good and clean place. Will go back again in the future!!!

Hotel was great, with a comfortable lounge and gym at second floor with free coffee and some biscuits. Room was fantastic as well with modern touches. The only problem was mosquitoes which seem to have come from the water feature at the entrance of hotel. Mosquitoes seems to have found their way into the hotel as well.

The service was excellent. We told the staff we needed to check out early in the morning so we couldn't make it to breakfast. They then offered packing some for us to take with us. That was so thoughtful.

Overall excellent but not the daring toilet
Lodging here for 4 nights, the receptionist allows us to change our queen bedroom type into the twin beds type. At first, I was impressed by the daring toilet design with no lock, but the entrance of the toilet door is in the middle and it allows some insects flying into the room. Apart from this shocking finding, I like the fact the hotel provides quite a nice breakfast buffet and free laundry service. Overall, it is a convenient location where I can go to the MRT and MOS burger just a few block away.

Great hotel near subway
Good location, 3 mins walk to subway & easy access to transport. 24hr fast food place just next to hotel. Clean & comfy rooms. Staff are helpful & courteous.

This hotel is everything needed
This hotel is very pleasing and everything needed for a business trip. Bed is very comfortable and the pillow selection allowed excellent sleep. Great air conditioner. Breakfast was excellent with many selections.Staff went the extra step to help this English only speaking person. I do-not complement the staff very often but, this staff was over the top helpful. Did-not find anything to complain about. Would like to have a printer on their business computers as emailing printed needs was a pain. Always needed a print of where I was going as the taxi drivers don't speak any English. Always carry where you are going in Chinese. I'll be back to this hotel as my travels allow.

The Smallest Room I never ever been before
Overall is nice and okay, but the room really really TOO small for us.
