Although the hotel has some remodeling work going on, they tried their hardest to keep things clean and the noise to a minimum. Our room was spotless, as always. The staff is kind and the breakfast is really good.

No curtains or blinds in the room. Too much light in the parking lot that shined in the room. Couldn’t sleep. Terrible. Staff couldn’t switch me to a new room.

The shower head was leaking. The pool was not working, not heated, eventhough I called the day before & asked if it was working. The water fountain to fill water bottles was not working.

Convenient location to Legends shopping center, lots of restaurants nearby, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast bar could be better, but is included in the price of your stay. Overall very nice property and affordable.

Overall facility ok, location near shopping, restaurants, crime might be an issue. Breakfast and available snacks were a plus. Didn't like location of my room across from housekeeping, laundry and the remodeling, painting in area.

They did not have the room available I booked. The big room for a family of 5 is the reason I booked this hotel. We have a roll away bed…. Made the room very tight. Breakfast was good and hotel was clean.

Podcast takes priority over service
Room booked was not available upon check in. Renovations. I was not told this when I booked. equivalent room was not offered, and a refund of the price difference was also not an option. Take the standard room or go elsewhere. Due to different sleep schedules, a two room suite works best for us. Not happening this visit All of this was relayed to us by the desk attendant that was also listening to a podcast during the check in process, which prevented her from hearing us well. She pointed out that she could help me if I would have booked direct. All of this in between laughs at the apparently hilarious podcast. The stay was fine, room was fine, service was not needed, but I will not choose this hotel again, as I was clearly not appreciated.
