We chose this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was torn apart and closed for maintenance. They closed the pool a large portion of the time as well while the hot tub was being worked on. What a huge disappointment!!

The bed we had was horribly uncomfortable we hardly slept. The shower/bathroom area was lacking. No fan/vent never stayed place that doesn’t have one and it needs one. Also there was no water pressure in the shower at all. Also never was able to swim so over crowded. Maybe should have hour or 2 of late night swim for like over 21 get kids out so it’s no over crowded and adults can go in.

Appreciated staff, manager’s reception (a full meal, including drinks), plentiful choices at breakfast, hotel was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. What else does a traveler need? Good value.

This is a great hotel, staff is very friendly, they have tons of perks, was clean and in great condition. My only complaint would be the telivision .. not smart tv and very very basic cable.

Felt like a motel. Interior was outdated, the walls were super thin; so you could hear everything. Not a bad spot to stay if you don’t really care about those features, but I am sure there are better hotels for your money in the area, as I would not consider this a usual “3 star” hotel.

Desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. They accomodated our pet with a nice pet room. I liked that they supplied bags and a disposal area for dog waste in the back of the property. Made it easier to travel with a pet!

Not much space for the dogs in hotels area. The areas surrounding had lots of trash near back of wooded area and Wendy’s.i went to get ice and I green scrub pad popped out. Luckily it was only ice for the cooler but I am certain other people drank it. Side note bus load of kids showed up right at the end of dinner. The food was still out and I felt the staff should have made an exception and let the kids eat what was there. I know 7 is 7 but the food probably went in the trash.

Great team at the Kansas City Drury. Only recommendation is let guests know the housekeeping schedule. Some companies have gone back to once a day on visits.

Great place to stay close to Airport
I love to stay here for the staff, being close to airport, free shuttle service if needed, food and close to many places. Great comfortable beds and nice rooms. Everyone is very friendly and helpful!
