There were 5 of us and we booked 2 villas. I had emailed to the resort previously about the 5th person cost but was not informed till i checked in. The 1st reply i got told me to book a triple room which apparently had no such option upon booking. I emailed another time closer to date but got no response at all.I was expecting for a memorable stay at this resort with a costier price paid for both villas. When I arrived, I was upset that they have to charge a hefty sum of 2500thb for the 5th person with extra bed. I insisted that we do not need an extra bed but they say they still need to charge 1500thb for the 5th person regardless if we need extra bed. Website stated that there is no extra bed for this villa and I was perplexed on the charges they imposed to us without prior notice. Then they got a manager to talk to me, Mr Thitiwat who has absolutely no customer service with his rude and bad attitude. Worst of all..he promised that I will get an extra bed for 1500thb with my friends being the witnesses and in the end after making payment we waited so long and only to find out that we are not going to have an extra bed. We are speechless with the dishonest way of buiness dealings and also no apology given!!! Even if there were a miscommunication, as such a renowned establishment, they should honor their customer and exercise some flexibility. Totally disappointed with the whole experience and if you ever book with them, please find out all details before you book.
