The hotel abd its staff were remarkable. They were extremely helpful and willing to answer all of our questions. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. The breakfast was fantastic! We want to personally thak the restaurant staff. Each morning they went out of their way to assure we had exactly what we wanted. Finally, we are going to miss our coffee baritsta. His coffe art was mind blowing.

Property was very clean. The cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was plentiful. Cold and hot breakfast options. Price was affordable. I would stay again.

A stellar stay!
Home Suite Hotel in Rosebank is amongst the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the world. Its boutique offerings put it amongst stays I’ve had at The St Regis. The rooms are cozy and thoughtfully designed. It’s truly a vibe and you will truly feel at home. The staff are warm and inviting, the breakfast is phenomenal and made to order by their chef w premium coffee and juice offerings. My latte had a different design every morning ranging from my name to works of art. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking between here and other places, look no further!

My favourite place to stay!
I always have the most comfortable stay. The rooms have ample space, they are always spotless, the windows are sound-proofed which is important to me as a light sleeper. The bed is not too hard and not too soft and I'd love to know where they buy their pillows because I'd like to buy some for my home. It is such a pleasure to stay there. Thank you.

We recently visited Johannesburg for the first time and stayed at the Home Suite Rosebank. What an absolutely lovely experience! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They served a wonderful free breakfast in the mornings with made to order selections included. The location was great and within walking distance of several major attractions. We highly recommend this small but wonderful hotel and would definitely book it again on a return visit. Thank you to everyone at Hime Suite Rosebank for making our first visit to Johannesburg so enjoyable.

This is a great hotel in Rosebank. Everything is very modern, the rooms are updated and the bed is very comfortable. There is a nice rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast was excellent. While I liked everything about this hotel, the best part is definitely the staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Zakhele at reception for welcoming us and helping to extend our stay, and to the kitchen staff for wonderful service and a great breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

This property was lovely - the staff went above and beyond to expediate my laundry in such a short time, and they worked to help extend my stay. The beds were so cozy that I blew off a day of shopping to have a lovely breakfast and an extra long nap. I wish they would open another closer to the airport - I would stay here if I had a longer layover but not if it was a tight connection.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay at Home Suites. The staff are all wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed freshly cooked eggs ordered anyway you wanted them. The coffee was great too. The rooftop was peaceful and relaxing and the honesty bar was very welcomed. We always felt safe being welcomed back “home” by the staff at the front gate and also the wonderful dog Hazel. The location was great a short Uber drive to the attractions we visited and also close to Rosebank Mall and a large selection of quality restaurants. Would throughly recommend!

Home away from home
Great little hotel in a nice neighbourhood close to Rosebank malls. Staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. Freshly cooked breakfast of your choice and a well stocked and fairly priced honesty bar make for a good stay. There’s also a rooftop bar, which I didn’t use as I stayed at “Home” in winter.

Such comfortable beds and big, beautiful rooms! We were looked after so well, the team is friendly and even have a gorgeous dog hazel who went on walks with us. We felt so at home and would definitely stay here again.

The place gives a feel of being quite homey with so much space in the rooms. Helpful people and service with a smile. The only real drawback was the plunger coffee, single cup so need to make each one ... so not in time to drink together.

Would stay again!
We were in South Africa for 2 reasons: see Johannesburg and also do a safari. As such we stayed with the hotel twice in the same trip...before and after the safari. The stay was very comfortable, the only thing we had to get adjusted by staff in the room were the ceiling vents since they blew cool air right on you which neither one of us like. But that’s a personal preference. Room itself was clean, spacious, comfortable. I wish we had hardwood everywhere but it was only in the living room area. Breakfast is decent with options like croissant, etc. we were celebrating so I had arranged to pay for cake which was in our room when we arrived the first time. Breakfast also includes eggs made any way you want, fruit juices and fruits. Point to note about eggs...you must explicitly mention that you want any toppings mixed in with the omelette, otherwise they are just inside the folds like a crepe. Several tea and coffee options available including my go to cappuccino. To summarize, breakfast is decent but not lavish. Staff is very polite, friendly, and ready to be of service. We got around using Uber and the hotel is not far from the main sights.

We enjoyed our stay at Home Suites. The hotel's proximity to Rosebank Mall was perfect. Home Suite's staff are treasures. Demi, Noni, McMillan, Sello, Trish, the young man who helped us with our bags, Chef and kitchen staff provided outstanding customer service. Wonderful, contemporary boutique hotel in a great location. Very welcoming, attentive, and responsive staff. Nice little restaurant with terrific food (I only had breakfast there, but they offer a full menu). This was my first time to Joberg, and I could not have picked a better place to stay. The Rosebank mall is only 4 blocks away, is very modern and upscale, and has a huge variety of shops, restaurants, pharmacy, and upscale grocery. Importantly for visitors, it also has an African Crafts market with around 50 stalls of local crafts for gifting (on the weekend they also have live indigenous music). The train stop is also only 4 blocks away, and will take you right to the airport, although I took Uber (
