The property in rin down. The pool is dirty and there is a glass thar prevents you to see the ocean from it. The breakfast has poor quality food. The rooms are old. They do not ever have enough pool or beach towel for guests. The internet is extremely slow! We will not come back!

Local bom, porém com a obra de um outro edifício ao lado, está com muito barulho logo no início do dia, a limpeza do quarto poderia ser melhor, as cortinas estão com muito mofo, fora esses dois pontos, sem problemas.

O quarto alugado pelo aplicativo não era o mesmo que foi fornecido. O quarto em questão tinha a porta em má conservação, a torneira do banheiro e o chuveiro ficavam pingando sem parar, o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava bem e o pior de tudo, estava tendo obras ao redor, então o barulho e a poeira pioraram a experiência.

Hotel muito bom!
O quarto era incrível, espaçoso. Infelizmente, no momento em minha estadia havia uma construção ao lado do hotel que fazia barulho logo cedo de manhã. O Hotel Solmar não teve culpa pela construção, o hotel é muito bom. Seus funcionários são atenciosos. O café da manhã é básico. A localização do hotel também é muito boa, próxima a restaurantes. Enfim, gostamos demais.

Hotel bom, boa localização.
O hotel em geral é bom. O que deixa a desejar são os recepcionistas que parecem que estão fazendo um favor para vc em te atender, nada profissinais ou simpáticos. Ficam no celular a maior parte do tempo e mal falam bom dia/ tarde/ noite. Os quartos são bons, o suficiente para uma estadia de 1 semana. O que fiquei chocada é que precisei de uma coberta e me deram uma manta que na verdade era um pedaço de um tecido de rede. E ainda disseram que só teriam isso para oferecer. Achei um absurdo um hotel desse porte não ter cobertor ou edredon para oferecer aos hóspedes. Apesar de ser o nordeste, o ar ficava ligado a noite toda para dormir e o vento vinha direto na direção da cama. Café da manhã é bom sim, com muitas variedades, porém os funcionários demoram em limpar as mesas, pq o hotel é grande e a quantidade de hóspede é grande também e o local do café não é tão grande assim. A impressão que tive no geral de todos os funcionários é que eles estão trabalhando meio que por obrigação e de mal humor com a vida. A área externa da piscina podia ser melhor aproveitada, poderia colocar um bar para vender bebidas ali, acho que falta uma administração com um olhar mais carinhoso para o hotel, pq a localização é boa, o hotel é bom e grande, tem tudo para ser um hotel de 5 estrelas. Basta querer.
