The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. Paulo at front desk was very helpful all the time during our stay.

Great location, close to everything. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Besides, just one block from the beach. The breakfast menu is not so varied and most of the fruit options were yet unripe. On the other had, the savory options and the on-demand tapioca and omelet were fabulous.

Hotel location was nice. It was quiet and clean with nice amenities. Rooms are a little small and the beds are pretty hard. Other than that it’s a great property.

Wonderful hotel, great staff, specially Leandro at the pool - he was outstanding. Only minus was the mineral water in the room fridges - terrible taste. Bought same water across the street, totally different. I asked them to look into their provider.

It is a nice property, around 4 blocks from the ocean but a bit far from the nicer beach area. The bed is hard as a rock and the room I received had no view and a very small window. The pool area is nice but the water was very hot so it was not great to cool off. They have a nice seating outdoor area on the 7th floor. It is a good hotel if you go there for business.

Good for a quick stay. Bad wi-fi, great location
The hotel is new and the staff is great! Especially Dodo, always making the tapiocas and serving with a big smile, and also Joao at the bar and breakfast. The facilities are clean and modern, but everything is small, including gym and rooms. If you are relying on the wi-fi to work it is a problem. The internet reception is really bad. They tried to help but it just doesn’t work. We had to work on a desk at the Lobby, only place we got a good connection. If you are staying for just a couple of days is great. If you are staying a little bit longer (which was my case - 7 days) the rooms are way too small and the wi-fi issue can be a problem. Everything else was good.

Brand new hotel - Would stay again
The hotel is brand new. Everything looks spanking new and clean. The room is comfortable but a bit basic for a 4* hotel. Comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom. Great beautiful pool area with small gym and sauna. The food is also pretty good. If I must point out what could be improved is the TV (very small) and the minibar comes on every hour and it's very loud. I woke up a few times when it turned on. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay. I was there for business, not sure that a tourist would want to stay here because it's not across from the beach, I think it's a few blocks away.

Quarto confortável, wi-fi muito bom. Tem que melhorar o café da manhã. Poucas opções para crianças. Acho que além dos sucos regionais também pode ter o de laranja que é tradicional. Quero ressaltar o EXCELENTE ATENDIMENTO DE TODOS OS SETORES. Não vou nomear para não esquecer nenhum funcionário. Nós sentimos em casa. Recomendo sem dúvida nenhuma.

Ótimo custo benefício em JPA
O hotel tem vários pontos positivos : staff atencioso , café da manhã excelente ( qualidade e variedade ) , serviço de manobrista free , boa localização, quarto básico porém funcional e que garante um conforto bom ( o quarto é pequeno com algumas falhas na manutenção, o banheiro tem um bom tamanho e o chuveiro é muito bom ). Os elevadores são demorados e um pouco abafados ; se ficar em andar baixo vá de escada mas isso , em hipótese alguma , é empecilho para se hospedar. De modo geral , experiência muito boa

Ótima localização
A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo a vários bons restaurantes, shoppings. O tamanho do quarto é razoável pra uma família de três pessoas, falta um pouco mais de cabideiros para pendurar roupas e toalhas, café da manhã excelente, com muita variedade. Serviço de manobrista 24h. Enfim, foi uma excelente estadia e voltaria a me hospedar facilmente no hotel.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado. A gentileza do staff é fantástica. Estava com duas crianças e eles disponibilizaram berço no quarto para o meu pequeno. O café da manhã é bom. Mas confesso que esperava mais. Investir na variedade de itens talvez ajude (salgadinhos pequenos, quiches e tals). Apesar deste detalhe (detalhe mesmo), adoramos a estadia e voltaremos com certeza. Menção especial a Dona Daguia, ASG, que cuidou muito bem de nós, ao Romulo, da recepção, que fez o nosso check-in e check-out com uma cordialidade ímpar e a Reginaldo, maleteiro. Através deles agradeço a todo o staff pela tranquilidade na estadia.
