Rather run-down, but clean and pleasant staff
This hotel was nice once upon a time. But the facilities are rather old and disappointing, We chose not to use the 2 spa tubs on the ground floor. The room was very small. The staff were very helpful, and helped carried our luggage to our 3rd floor rooms (there are no lifts). Closest eateries are about 8-10 minute walk away.

Good for value, comfortable
The triple room was beautifully decorated, though a little small. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and the hospitable owner even offered us a ride to our places of interest. Hotel was a little far from the train station, but still within walking distance. Good overall experience :)

Hot spring is good Staff offers free pick up to train station. Please call them to ask for help. Quite a bit of walk if you don't take a cab

Not a very pleasant experience. The family room's size was ok for 4, but the room for 3 was very small, literally no walking space, not enough room for luggage space. I think it is a room meant for 2 pax. There is no elevator so if you have the elderly with you, this may not be a good choice. There were mosquitoes in the room even though it was in Dec winter period. The bathroom in the 3 pax room was a see-through glass, frosted in between space. Breakfast is a 5-8 mins walk away. But generally the staff attitude was very good. However the staff attitude is good.

A fair guest house with friendly staff.
1. The location is a bit far from rail station. The lady staff (or owner ?) is friendly and provided us a free ride to the rail station on the day of arrival. 2. Our room is facing the street, it was a bit noisy at night and the light from the signs of the surrounding guest houses affected sleeping. 3. Breakfast was provided but served with a partnered breakfast restuarant with about 5 mins walk. 4. The private spa room was very good. Drink and fruits were served when using the spa.

舒服放鬆的好地方
這次住宿蘭桂的感覺非常棒，老闆娘也很貼心和用心，尤其剛到礁溪遇到大雨，親自開車接送至旅店，省了一些麻煩，在整個宜蘭的旅遊安排也分享很多建議，此外湯屋蠻舒服的也適合全家大小一起泡湯，下次去礁溪還是回訪好選擇～

A correct stop for one night
Older hotel, correctly maintained and cleaned. The comfort of the room is ok. There are three hot tub in the basement. The water is good (you can regulate the temperature) but the rooms are not fancy. Manager don't speak English. Breakfast is a voucher to the nearest 7-eleven, we passed. The situation is slightly off the main attractions of the city but still within walking distance.

比較像是溫泉民宿
地點離鬧區有一段路，附近路邊停車蠻方便。環境比較像是民宿，人員很親切，很喜歡，住起來算舒適。天氣冷有溫泉可以泡覺得開心。早餐是到附近配合的早餐店享用，要走一小段。

老闆娘很親切
車站與旅館的距離是15MIN，溫泉是要在樓下浸的，不過在客服時間內浸溫泉，老闆娘很親切，會預備水果和飲品,給我們邊浸邊食邊飲，很棒!

設施還好，位置太遠
酒店距離礁溪車站要走30分鐘，雖然是直上左轉再直上，但沿路碎石及斜上的，考驗腳力，拉行李喼要很小心，路真的很窄要很小心。酒店的床很軟，屬於超級軟類別，如果有長輩同行，絕對不適合，我媽媽說睡不好。酒店只有3間泡溫泉的房，共用的，用前要預約，洗刷過後再給下一位用，清潔還算可以，就是全房石頭 較木頭失色，每次泡湯都會送切好的生果一小碟及外賣凍一支菊花茶，服務真的不錯。

泡湯不錯，沒停車位不方便
泡湯有冷泡茶跟水果很貼心 但是沒有停車位，晚上玩累了回去還要花時間繞來繞去找地方停車很困擾

Nice staff and nice room
Far far away from the station. Usually we go to the station by taxi. At the first day, we walked from the station to hotel, it was very inconvenient due to the heavy rain. Also, go to room need to get luggage and walk the stair.

房間太小東西沒地方可放，床舖不平枕頭難睡，冷氣聲大沒夜燈，找不到櫃臺人員，在外小等十幾分上網才找到老闆收機，唯一滿意泡湯空間大，不會再入住。

服務人員很親切又熱情，玩的很累到貴旅館這親切的感覺真讓人覺的滿足又溫馨。湯屋浴池還蠻舒適的，有半露天的設計，泡起湯來不會很悶，很棒。 缺點建議改善： 專有停車場問題，網路行銷標註要註明清楚。 本次入住的套房內，窗邊周圍都長霉紋，冷氣機周圍垂落著粗粗的蜘蛛絲，頭髮跟衣服都沾到蜘蛛絲了。 床頭上也懸掛著ㄧ坨，只好親手先撥乾淨。這些真的需要改善一下。 整體會讓人想再度光臨，這個價位這樣的品質夠滿足了，謝謝這次熱情的晚班男服務員帥哥。

您好:謝謝您細心的觀察指導,窗邊頂上周圍的霉紋,由於台灣處於潮濕型氣候,而宜蘭又是多雨的天氣,但本館已盡力清除,蜘蛛絲的部份,清潔人員在冷氣的上方已清除,冷氣的下面並無掛衣服的設備，真不好意思，讓您的頭髮跟衣服沾到蜘蛛絲，在此向您致上最大的歉意，並謝謝您的建議！

若自駕想找便宜又想泡溫泉的話可考慮
距離車站大約步行要15分鐘左右，若不愛走路者不建議住這，以1000元的價格來說CP值算普通可接受，有3間公共浴池，人多的話可能淤要排隊(自己房間無法泡溫泉)，房間因屬於情侶房，門是半透明且留縫隙的那種，無法上鎖密合，以致房間總有潮濕的感覺，WIFI訊號微弱容易斷網。有搭配早餐。服務人員態度還不錯，會協助在泡溫泉時是先幫忙放水，也招待水果及冷茶。

如果礁溪的飯店全都這麼貴卻無法達到基本標準的話，對它也只能睜一眼閉一隻眼囉!
優點: 泡湯間頗舒適，有提供茶與水果、沐浴與洗面乳，頗為貼心。 缺點: 樓梯間地板與房間地板比較髒，剛進房間時，地板尚有有毛屑、頭髮、床上枕頭下有小渣渣等，似乎尚未清理乾淨；另外樓梯間角落也有牆上剝落的油漆屑及粉塵。

老闆很熱情也很親切，要下樓泡湯前先跟老闆說，他會先幫我放水，還貼心的準備冰水及水果 雖然沒有停車場，但是路邊白線很好停 (因為是平日的關係嗎?) 離車站不算很遠，但開車也要5~10分鐘吧 環境還算乾淨，也很安靜

跟附近其他同價位飯店比起來,客房清潔度舒適度都不足,床很硬,湯屋需要排隊預約,房間內沒有湯屋,也沒有版上所謂家的感覺,早餐是要去外面的早餐店吃的.但是晚上的男生店主人很熱情,人還不錯

本人因早出晚歸，故沒有太多時間逗號房間，但對民宿印象較好，主要負責人很熱情，房間整潔，但對於要求高的遊人可能會嫌空間較小。
