Reserved the 2 bedroom ocean panoramic view suite. Was on the 12th floor and the view was great. No complaints about the room, cleanliness, water pressure/temperature, comfortable bed, etc, were all fine. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly retrieving our car or calling a taxi for us. Would definitely recommend.

I booked 3 rooms with sea view but can’t see the sea. I paid more fur sea view but it’s a scam by advertising sea view. I want to warn others not to be tricked by them. This property in right on the main road not far from the airport and not by the sea.

Perfect room for family of 4. Well organised rooms and staff was nice. The only thing we didnt like was that we were told that we couldnt park onsite and instead had to walk 3 blocks away on a heavy raining day. We originally booked the place because it says parking available. Guess you have to make sure whether its "onsite" or "offsite" parking

Safe, clean, modern. Appreciate the electronic dialpad for the rooms - do away with keys. Would have appreciated more parking - though their alt site had ample space, it was a bit of a walk from the hotel.

Lovely hotel in Jeju-si. Rooms were nice and modern, with heated floors - a nice bonus in winter. Very cool lobby with vending machines and free breakfast was a nice bonus. We didn’t use parking but the option is available.

Great overall, functional interior except for super dark bathroom. Complimentary sandwich breakfast is much appreciated as there isn't any food place near by.

Hotel is clean , bathroom is quite big and clean. The morning breakfast sandwich which is free , is wholesome and a great start to the day. Overall , enjoyed staying at Ventimo, would highly recommend it. The airport is very close . Checkin and checkout was quick. Lots of eating places within walking distance. Everything is good, nice view from the hotel room. Plus point is can use washing machine and dryer for free as long as you prepare your own washing detergent. Free sandwich in the morning and tastes great. There is a drink vendor machine at 1st floor, which sells tasty drinks.

The Hotel was clean, friendly staff and very convenient. Close by to Buses, restaurants, shopping and convenient stores. The sandwhiches was fresh, great for a light breakfast. We recommend to stay here for your next trip to Jeju!

Very comfortable hotel and extremely convenient for the airport. We were able to store our luggage there before check in. Taxi was called by hotel staff, took 5 minutes from hotel to airport and cost 4000. We appreciated the complementary breakfast sandwich. I’d really recommend this hotel, particularly for an airport stopover.

Bathroom design is flawed and frustrating.
Small hotel very near the airport, not many staff. If you needed something like extra towels etc, you have to go down to front desk to collect it, they are too short on staff to send it up to you. Free breakfast sandwiches are great for early starts, and a convenience store right beside the hotel is useful too. There's a valet who'll park your car for you in their narrow parking space, which can be a hassle to try to do it yourself, but remember to call down for your car in advance at the beginning of each day so the valet can have it prepped to go, or else you'll be waiting a while. It was a pleasant enough stay, except some major flaws in the bathroom design. The bathroom was really dark, it could do with much brighter lighting, and the shower stall glass panel does not seal all the way to the ground, which means water splashes out whenever you shower, causing mini-floods outside of the panel under the sink. As I'm not a fan of wet bathrooms, this was def a frustrating aspect. Good thing it was only a short stay for me.

Overall pleasant stay. First room, there were hairs underneath the blanket, I let the staff know and they apologized and moved us into a different room. The second room was good. We stayed in the play station room, the room was small, and so was the room with the toilet, but overall a pleasant experience.

I love the service of ventimo! The staff were friendly and helpful. Also, there’s a gaming machine in my room, which was quite special(only thing is you need to understand Korean to play). The location is great and it’s just 5-min ride from airport. Only thing is there’s a 10-min walk from restaurants and shopping area, which is a bit inconvenient during the night. But overall, that’s a great choice!

Hotel room condition was great, served our purpose of being nearby (10mins) to airport for early departure next day. They were thoughtful to prepare a set of sandwiches for us at reception for collection in the morning at 5.40am. Very clean

Spacious room in good location, excellent service
We stayed here a few nights and everything was perfect. Chloe at the first desk was friendly and helped us tremendously during our stay. Location was close to the bus stops, although we found taxi was economical for the 4 of us. We start each day with the fresh sandwich provided by the hotel. Will definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel room is so clean, cozy and comfortable. It would be great if extra hangers and pillows are provided. Complimentary sandwich is provided daily as breakfast which is good to have. The staffs here are helpful and friendly.

Exceptional boutique hotel, great location, easy access, close to many local cafes and restaurants. We love the valet parking service, breakfast-in-room, laundry and gym facilities. And spacious well-designed rooms. Simply the best!

It is easy to reach Hotel from Jeju International Airport via Bus 331 from bus stop 6 near exit of Airport. Around 3-4 bus stops, alighted at Samsung building and walked across the road to Hotel. The family suite for 4 adults is spacious enough to open up 4 large luggage in the hall. Water pressure in bathroom is fantastic. No shower cap is provided. Though there is a microwave and induction cooker but no utensils, plates/bowls, cutlery or scissors are provided. We had free sandwiches every morning and improvise the boxes as plates. 6 big washing machines and 4 dryers are provided at Level 2 Laundry room (24 hrs) but detergent/softener is not provided. Detergent can be bought from the vending machine at lobby but we brought our own laundry capsules. There is also a 24hr gym. CU is next to hotel and lot of eateries near hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay in this hotel and highly recommended it to our family/friends.

Ventimo was the only one smart hotel that we ever been stayed! We are amazed with this hotel. Staff are nice, helpful and they can speak a good English! Location was close on everything! They also had a very good complimentary sandwich in the morning that was really delicious. The cleaning lady was very nice too .I hope she got the tip that we left for her in our room before we checked out. Because she deserved more.. Anyways, i would definitely book this hotel again.
