Good Hotel for its price
Good Hotel for its price. Stayed here with friend. For me who are used to non luxury it's good, for my friend who likes luxury it's too basic.

if u dont mind using face towel to rub all over your body .. and they dont speak english luckily the person over-the-counter can speak lil mandarin ..

I would stay again, but...
I would stay at JM again, but wouldn't be enthusiastic about it. JM is kind of a weird hotel in that I saw the cleaner crew. I stayed there four nights, and except for Sunday, I saw the cleaning people every day. I think they started work around 9:00 am and were still around after 1:00 pm. Yet my room was still oddly not clean. What makes JM rooms feel unclean is that when you first walk in, you're quite surprised at how clean it "looks". But then, as another reviewer said, you start noticing things, like black hairs on the white blankets. Hairs left on the sink. Old, old crumbs on the desk. Stains on the walls. Besides the stains on the wall, the other issues could, and should, be taken care of. But JM is a bit cheap, being around 40 to 50 dollars a night, placing it in the love motel bracket. And if you're just staying there for a night, then it's far above other love motels on the island. And I get the feeling that's exactly what they're going for. A love motel that's slightly above other love motels in the area. I was happy to leave JM, but for the price in that part of the city, I would stay again. I just think that if they're paying the cleaning crew, they might as well get their money's worth and make sure the workers actually clean the rooms.

Very convenient location for shopping and dinning!
Room is clean but smell of cigarette. The wall of the next building is only within an arm's length away.

Needs improvement
The location and staff were fine, but the room was not great. On first entering the room, it seemed okay, a bit small but fine. But the more you looked, the more issues came up, particularly in relation to cleanliness. There were hairs in the bed, the bathroom floor was dirty, the showerhead was covered in mould, the sink didn't drain properly - if you just washed your hands it took several hours for that water to drain out of the sink. Three towels were provided - all of them were hand towels, no towels big enough to dry yourself after a shower. The staff were friendly, but overall it was not great. I would not stay there again.

Worth my money
Good location. There's a car park and a coin laundry right next to it. It's at the centre area. Shopping and getting food is no problem at all. My room has no view but it doesn't really matter. The TV compensates it well.

Hotel was very conveniently located in the city with limited parking and near food street with lots of restaurants. We managed to get a parking spot as we rented a car. For more on public transport, it is 2 minutes from December hotel. Service is minimal as they cater to tour groups but he pointed the way to food street. There were free bottles of water in the room. The room did not have a wardrobe, just hooks to hang your coats. But we found that was the case in all the hotels we stayed in in Jeju (4 altogether). The triple room was spacious. For the price paid, it was good value and great location.

Nice and convenient
The hotel was conveniently located only 5 minutes from the airport. The staff was really nice and attentive. The room we had was really large and had more than enough room for the 4 of us. There are lots of eateries near the hotel.

Don't expect much
The hotel is not the best. We stayed there only for a night. Like many hotels in Korea, this one also doesn't have any shower curtain and basically the bathroom is wet after a shower. The staff is not exceptional. It's easy to find food around the hotel.

DON"T ever stay at this hotel. If you forget to pack anything, you will definitely not get it back. My stay yesterday for 1 night on 8th Oct night. We left a craftholic cushion doll on the bed when we are rushing off for Yeongsi Trail early in the morning at 530am. As a result, we did not did a through check and left the cushion doll in covered up in the bed sheet. As i am writing this review, today is only 9th Oct and it is less than 24hrs that i realised that i did not pack the cushion doll into my bags. I immediately call JM and the receptionist was not very helpful. He says the housekeeper did not report any items left behind, which is not possible. I ask the receptionist to check again with the housekeeper only after a few tries, then he reluctantly said he will do it and call me back. But after half hr or so, i did not hear from him. I thought might slip his mind. I called back and he says that the housekeeper say she did not see any missing items, which is strange for the cushion that big and huggable to disappear in the room. Only 2 reasons, either is that, you know what i am thinking or the housekeeper and the staffs in the hotels are not honest and not helpful receptionist. Btw, my room is 208. I strongly discourage that you do not stay with them unless you don't mind to lose your valuables. Very bad experience since this is my maiden trip to Jeju, in fact Korea. Definitely dampen our holiday spirits. Avoid at all cost.

Nice rooms with widows. theres a pc in the room and also free wifi. Theres a carpark just beside the hotel so its really convenient for travellers who rent cars for their trip.

Very Helpful Staff
The hotel had all of your basic amenities! The staff was extremely helpful. I would always need help figure out the bus system and they would always tell me exactly what to do in order to get where I was trying to go. At first, the area around the hotel doesn't seem very nice... But just a short walk down the street is a popular and busy street, so I think it was a good location in Jeju City, especially for the price. My only complaint was that the beds were a little hard. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay at the JM.

가격대비 조금 아쉬웠어요.
개별 방을 쓰기 위해 선택한 숙소였는데 아쉬운 점이 몇가지 있네요. 밤에 혼자 찾아가기엔 조금 으슥한 골목으로 접어드는 위치여서 무리가 있을거 같아요. 우선 초인종 소리가 너무 커서 옆방 소리에 제방인줄 알고 놀라서 뛰어 나갔네요. 그리고 침구를 자주 빨지 않는지 먼지, 머리카락 등을 제거하기 위해 롤클리너를 여러 번 사용했어요. 그리고 창문을 닫으면 자연광이 전혀 들어오지 않고, 화장실 배수관이 오래되었는지 냄새가 올라왔었습니다.

공항이랑 가깝네요 ㅎ 따뜻하고, 가격대비 침대도 두개라서 넓게 쓸수 있었어요 ! 침대도 푹신하고, 좋았는데 다만 너무 건조해져서 그게 좀 힘들었습니다. 빨리 더워져서 창문도 열고 잤어요 ~ 온도제어할수있는 곳을 못찾아서... 그게 좀 불편했습니다.

이 곳이 호텔로 불려도 되는 것인가
생각보다 너무 청결하지 못해서 불쾌했습니다. 화장실 환풍구에 가득 낀 먼지부터, 침구에 뭍어 있는 피와 볼펜자국.. 침대는 움직일 때마다 같이 움직였습니다. 전기포트와 냉장고도 무척 더러웠습니다. 창문 또한 이상한 덧문으로 덧대어 있었고, 열어도 뷰는 커녕 괜히 치안이 의심스러워서 닫았습니다. 와이파이도 너무 약해서 데이터를 쓰지 않고는 아무 것도 못하겠더군요. 정말 너무 실망스러웠고, 다시는 이용할 생각이 없습니다.

제주공항에서 택시기준으로 십분이내 가까운 곳에 위치해서 아침 비행시간에 여유롭게 이동할수 있어 좋음 카운터에 기상시간 및 콜택시 예약하면 번거로움 줄일수 있음

房間設施不足
房間設施並不理想，不足夠地方放物件，與網頁上提供的圖片有出入。如行李箱不夠位放，沒有衣櫃，連煲水也要放在地上；厠所同樣沒有足夠地方放衣服，連鈎子也沒有。這些基本設施是必須改善的。當然價錢平設施少是可以理解，但問題一些基本便民設施也所費不多也足以改善一下情況，如加些鈎子掛衣服，改動一下電掣位置至枱面上，都會令住客感覺舒服些。

않가시는게 좋아요
금연방이라고 하였지만 담배냄새가 쩔어 있었고 트윈배드는 삐그덕소리에 잠을 한숨도 못잤고, 카운터직원은 방에들어가 나와 보지도 않고, 옆방의 소리는 숨쉬는 소리까지 자세히 들리네요
