Such a great place to stay in Hinton. Our second time staying there. The exterior of the building is due for a refresh but the rooms are very nicely updated, spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Our bed had a much softer mattress than we're used to, but I actually bought a pillow to take home I liked it so much. We tried the lounge for dinner one night but although the staff was great the food and decor was not. Apparently renos are coming. Overall a great place to stay.

It was a great price - older hotel, but rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the lobby area tables and chairs was dirty.

It is set up based on the needs of the guests. There's even a bible in the drawer which is very nice. This is the only place I will go to when I get again to this area and will highly recommend this to my relatives and friends. Excellent job to the owner and staff!!!

Large walk-in shower with rain shower head, decent mattress, nice bedding. Room was clean although armchair and carpet could use deep clean. All-in-all, for the price, would recommend.

If your staff is very sick, don't have them at work checking people in, handling their id and cards and getting other people sick. Other than that, i like the hotel itself.

It was having a weird smell in the room and then I called them to change the bed sheets, but no one showed up for 2 hours, then I have to leave the hotel for my trip so I locked the door and used the same sheets next day with that weird smell

It was a great budget place to stay when Jasper becomes way too expensive. Room was clean, with a great shower. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed on our visit to Jasper & found this hotel to be a perfect choice. The room was roomy and very nice. It was convenient to shopping and food. I would highly recommend this as an option. Front desk staff was very nice.
