Short two day business stay. Staff were excellent throughout - friendly, helpful and efficient. Very modern comfortable room. Bar area closes early - 8:30pm - but otherwise no complaints.

Delightful Hotel
The Groves Suites was great choice for my first visit to Jakarta. The staff was over and beyond helpful (very friendly). It us located in a very nice area. And accessible to area tourist spots. I even discovered a Street Food Market across the street from the hotel. There's even a mall entrance connected to the hotel

There was a lot of noise in the room coming from the air con wiring which was taped rather than repaired n flies in the breakfast area were annoying..other than these 2 it was a great stay n Staff welcoming..these two things should be fixed though

Been staying with this hotel for couple of Time. The condition is still good but I can tell that is dropping. Rooms are getting dirtier, level of service are dropping.

Friendly staff who spoke excellent English. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices (truly 5 star selections). I would also recommend Alataar tour and travel agency. The gentleman who served me in their office was really good and knowledgeable.

I get non smoking room ..but I can smill smoking in bathroom Bed is not comfortable Area is ok Room Design is good It's not a suite ...ots big room with modern design They call me at 10 am.to tell me.the check out is 12 At 12 tow of from desk come to my room and knock the door to tell me to check out ..!!! ...I'll not back to this hotel again

The reason i choose to stayover here was the location. Strategic and close to the epicentrum walk which has minimarket & several choices of restaurants. The room was spacious. But the major problem was the bed. Bed linen looks like less clean, but I think it was okay. But i was wrong! My daughter & I could not sleep well because our bodies were itchy. Her thigh, feet and backs full of bumps. I even itch to the neck and chest. Very very UNCOMFORTABLE until the next 3 days (even though i only stayed for a night). The bed mites was too much! Errrr... very disappointed because the star (point review from others) was good enough. :(

Close to shopping mall with restaurants. However, room had a sewage smell coming from the toilet. Hotel breakfast was almost finished at 9am and staff didnt top up.

Convenience and Comfort at a Reasonable Price
Spacious rooms. Close to Epicentrum restaurants and Pasar Festival for shopping . Convenient if you need to go to Australian or British Embassies. Good pool and excellent breakfast

A wonderful stay
Very pleasant stay in this hotel. Everything is perfect. Room is gorgeous with pool view, love the layout and it’s spacious. Afternoon tea is a delicious treat with various cakes and breakfast is even better. What made it very special to me is that the staff paid attention to details and noticed my birthday on the day even though I didn’t mention anything upon check in. First they called my unit around 9pm and made sure I was in the room, and then viola they showed up in my door step and gave me the sweetest birthday cake I’ve ever had. Thank you so much to the staffs and I really had a wonderful and special stay in your hotel. I will most definitely return again in the future!!

Great Hotel Suite in Kuningan District
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was spacious and had all the facilities that we needed. It was clean and the bedding was great. The rooms and corridors were nice and quiet. Breakfast was alright and the selection were varied. The staffs were nice and the check-in/out process was a breeze. The location was one of the best in the area as the Epiwalk mall is located right next to it and has many food outlets to choose from. There is also a hospital located 2 minutes away should you need medical assistance or consultation. Would definitely recommend to other visitors in the Kuningan area.

very poor bed, gym is probably the worst i have ever seen AC was licking and making big noise during the night had to ask the cleaner twice to re clean my room as it wasn't properly cleaned staff wasn't helpful and gave me wrong information about the gym and location of my meetings. very poor wifi first and last time in this hotel
