Strategic Location, Perfect for Business Trips
The location is very strategic as it is located very close to highway exits (though not in the main road). Staffs are helpful and nice starting from the security upon entering the premises. The room is very recommended for business trips to host small meetings as they provide table with multiple chair to nespresso inroom. Even for presentation, the hotel provided hdmi port literally on the dining table for connection to the tv, very intriguing. The drawback that came up during my stay was only their very limited parking space. I tried parking on my own without any luck before they offered valet parking. Not sure where they took the car since it was packed down the basement. Would reconsider if I were to meet with guests during a stay.

The hotel was clean, the facilities were nice, and the food was good; however, food is not available after the restaurant closes around 9 pm I think. I don't remember seeing a room service menu.

Value for Money!
The hotel is located in a good location with the Town Square mall just across within walking distance. The decor is modern, bed is super comfortable and the room is fully equipped and functional with a small kitchen area. I will definitely stay here again during my next trip!

Bad WiFi. Bad tv reception Pricey food . Not accommodating to change. Especially when asking for late check out given that we checked in at 11pm... Good security and room cleanliness by maid.

A cosy apartment in Cilandak
The apartment is definitely suitable for a family. Having in house restaurant is a plus and the pool/playground area while small provides room for fun to the children. Overall it was a great stay.

Home away from home
I really felt at home at Ra Residence Simatupang. The minute I stepped into the lobby, the aura of the property welcomed me warmly. All staffs that I have interaction with - from front office, housekeeping, room service to engineering - are nice and helpful. However, the restaurant needs to be improved. The food taste was pretty bland. The hot latte was not hot. Those were the minus points.

Practical hotel
Jakarta means jams no matter where you stay. This hotel has an advantage because it is near the exit of one of the major toll roads so it is rather accessible. Near a large mail too. Hotel is new but the price is very good. The access to the car park is horrendously narrow.

really nice hotel with great facilties
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They provide sports shirt, short and shoes for using their gym. All facilities open 24 hours. SPA, swimming pool and game room are available.

Nice hotel in South Jakarta
This hotel has good security, a nice swimming pool and a very good breakfast. The restaurant is adequate for lunch and dinner but nothing special, and thereare no restaurants within walking distance. The rooms have kitchens so recommend buying groceries if you are staying awhile.

Pleasant stay at Ra Residence
Everything was fine except that the shower in the master bedroom did not have enough pressure. Also, it was very difficult to set the water temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. Very frustrating.

ジャカルタ南部に用事がある方は最適なホテル
中心部からは少し離れているものの、ジャカルタの代官山と言われているKemangに近く、インドネシア大学があるDepokまでは30分弱で行けてしまうので、南部に予定がある方は非常に便利です。また価格もお手頃なため気軽に滞在することができます。そしてセルフラウンドリーがあり無料で洗濯することができるのが嬉しいです。
