We arrived and they could not find our Expedia reservation. They had us waiting for almos 4 hours before giving us a room!! Besides the employies at front desk rude and not helpful at all. They complete ignored us most of the time. Last but not least we book a 3 person bedroom and they gave us a one bed room only suitable for 2. When I went to complain they told me that was tue only option and they offered an extra mini bed with additional cost when I had alreeady paid for 3 Then the next day we asked for the airport shuttle and they wanted to charge me also for it when it’s supposed to be a service from the airport hotel and the costo was 5 times more than taking a normal taxi Terrible experience over all!!!

Dear Mr. Sergio Isaac. We apologize for your experience during your stay at our hotel and for the incidents you faced. From our side, it is true that we did not receive a confirmation email from Expedia regarding your room reservation at favehotel Bandara Tangerang. We have confirmed and contacted our central management office to check the email, but unfortunately, we couldn't find it. We took the initiative to assist you in checking in so that you could rest. However, we only had rooms with one bed and two beds available, and there were no triple rooms, so there was an additional cost.After you checked in and rested, we continued searching for the confirmation email from Expedia, but still, we could not find it. We kept looking, and it turned out that the confirmation email for your booking was not from Expedia but through DOTW (Destination of the World). Naturally, we were confused and had to think it through. We are now processing this.Actually, we have a shuttle schedule at 07:00 and 12:00 WIB. Outside these schedules, there is a charge. We apologize if your experience was not satisfying during your stay with us. just trying to get a taxi to the airport took over an hour. the buffet breakfast was a joke. the only bread was cheap white bread. off milk, limited options unless you like weird looking curry things for breakfast

I got in late and was given a room key. When I entered, the room had not been made up after the last guest. Mess everywhere. I went downstairs and reported it and there was seemingly disinterest and possibly disbelief. The night manager gave me a new room eventually and never apologised for the error. All this took about 15 minutes early in the morning after a long delayed flight. Poor service. Next morning I went to the small shop in the hotel to buy a plug for the listrik. Should have been open but no-one there. Once again not very professional. Hotel needs to put customers first and their systems last.

You get what you pay for, it’s cheap and near the airport. A bit dirty, and doesn’t have certain things you might expect (eg. a safe, tissue paper, shampoo, etc). I couldn’t arrange the airport shuttle for my arrival, and the shuttle is a paid service (costs about 100k IDR, so it’s cheaper just to use Gojek). The food was great though, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel room was spacious and mostly clean. It was unexpectedly loud, however, during one of the nights I stayed. There was live music and singing past 9pm. Other than the noise on one of my nights, the stay was decent.

This property was absolutely disgusting. A total waste of time and money spent from airport to get there. The bedding were dirty. Light fixtures all dirty. Bathroom dirty and moldy and the room smelled. I made an about turn and checked out. They refused to refund me my money for this filth. Do not go there!!!!!!!!

I found the Favehotel to be clean and very adequate for an airport transit hotel. I ate dinner in the hotel's restaurant & it was delicious & well-priced. My only minor complaints are a long wait for airport pickup, road noise in the room (window didn't seal well), & a few mosquitos here & there throughout the hotel. I will definitely stay here again though.

Bad hotel in so many ways
I don’t normally write a bad review but this hotel and its service disappointed me. The hotel refused to pick us up from the airport around 11:00pm because they claimed the shuttle service has stopped 10:00pm even though they never mentioned that during booking. I spent 150,000 rupiah to just get there because the taxi drivers were reluctant to accept a short distance fair. When I got there, the bed sheets were not clean enough, the towels were dirty, the air conditioner sounded like a helicopter and the shower didn’t drain properly, after being in the shower for one minute the water were up to my ankles. I will not stay in this hotel again and I will not recommend for anyone.

My worst experience in hotel life
There are many mosquito in room. I knocked out 12 mosquito but still appear. Finally I called staff, but nobody come for long time. Even I have a fever, but couldn’t sleep. Hotel facilities is not so bad.

Average standard. Far from city centre.
The hotel needs to be more proactive on how it responds to guest queries via online. I msg the hotel several times regarding airport pick-up but the response was negative. I had to call the hotel when I reached the airport to arrange for pick-up. The room is clean and spacious but the shower area is partially glass covered thus the floor is flooded when taking a shower. The towels are old and desperately need replacement. Same goes for the 2 cushions placed on the bed that don’t look so clean. On a positive note, the hotel has a good selection of breakfast buffet and the hotel staff are all friendly. There is a 24 hr Alfa minimart opposite the hotel. Next to the hotel there’s also a slightly bigger Alfa mart but it does not operate 24 hrs. The hotel is near the airport but far from the city. Expect to travel 1 hour by taxi or Grab, and longer if there’s a jam which Jakarta is notoriously known for.

Hotel was clean and the room was very pleasant. The location was not very desirable and the place has a significant mosquito problem. I could not sleep for fighting them in my room. Face, arms, legs... miserable. Started in the restaurant, moved to the lounge and then to the room. Nice place but disappointed with the mosquitos. Will not be back.

The place and saff are nice , but the AC is mildewed. It was very uncomfortable to sleep without the AC. The room was much smaller than the one in the pictures. So i feel a little cheaped out despite the affordability.

Negatives: 1. Arranged for hotel shuttle to pick me up, no one there to collect me. 2. Booked room stating city view and photo showing external window, reception tried to give me a room with a window into corridor 3. Nothing in local area, two supermarkets and not inside airport complex, approx 20 mins away 4. Lacking western breakfast options except toast and eggs, cornflakes inedible, 90% local dishes. No items to grab and go with if in a rush. 5. No hairdryer or mini fridge in room. Positives: 1. Good room size with plenty of space for baggage. Bed was comfy, AC and wifi worked well. Bottled water and liquid soap provided. 2. Modern bathroom with good hot shower. 3. Quiet at night, slept well. Fine for a stopover but allow plenty of time if using shuttle bus as driver may not arrive and fixed times for airport drop off.

The craziest cab ride ever to get to hotel. 10 times worse (more fun) than any cab ride in NYC! Hotel was clean, staff spoke English well, food in resaurant was very tasty and inexpensive. WiFi worked. It's great as a stop for long flight layovers.
