The Travellodge exceeded my expectations!! For a budget friendly hotel it's one of the best.. Always friendly and helpful staff!! The room was neat, clean and with what i believe are new linens and towels.. Definitely my 1st choice for future stays!!
Since the room ended up being up stairs and they had no others, they were EXCELLENT! The owner went above all to make it workable and wonderful and I’ll just say, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff were super friendly and helpful and I am VERY THANKFUL! God is so good to me and used these folks to be a real blessing!
The idea that I have to give a $25.00 deposit to be sure we didn’t steal a towel or washcloth or have smoked in room. I have never been asked to give a deposit after I have paid for room in full. Also when I checked out I had to wait for someone to go and check to be sure nothing was missing
The shower in the room did not work. Staff in premise offered shower from nearby room, so somehow managed for 1 night stay.
Will request property management to check for working condition of basic amenities like shower before letting customer check in.
This property needs some money spent to repair and clean up the guest rooms .

Because of Expedia, I was waiting two hours to get my room, bcs they told m that the hotel ddnt get paid by Expedia , and this s not my fault , my card was charged,

I first got to the hotel at 6 pm with my 1 year and 4 year old. I was told I had to pay a deposit fee I was unaware of. Since I booked over Expedia. I had to cancel one of the nights I was going to stay to use for the deposit. They also pointed in the wrong direction of where our room was and I had to go around looking for at least an hour.i went to check out and I guess the manager of the store was singing and dancing and was completely ignoring me. I was standing there for a while until I addressed her and asked if she was busy since she was sitting at the desk singing and dancing… I was then later told that because my hair color stained the towels they would be keeping my deposit. Many people have colored hair and I have never had a problem with it before since it’s come right out with bleach and they have white towels for that reason. Anyways I was not happy about any of it.

It is what it is stayed 2 nights had no serious problems not the cleanest but overall was a good stay also the pub n grill cheeseburger was so great !!
Took forever to get someone to check us cuz they were outside smokin. Then they wanted a deposit which they take off instantly but takes up to 5-7 days to get it back
Hotel was outdated and worn down but fine for the price. Biggest issue was not getting my security deposit back.

Very good service from the staff, decent amenities; clean room, comfortable bed, eatery and bar in the hotel, and overall excellent value, with the only drawbacks being the lack of an elevator and the hotel's location very close to an interstate where vehicle traffic can be heard

The cheeseburger from Pit Stop was the only good thing
Smell of room. Shower clogged up Saturday morning still there after we left Sunday morning. Told staff. But nothing was done while we were there, couldn't take shower Sunday morning. Stayed there before and was good but it's really was a bad stay. Get home and i have bite marks all over me.
Its a dirty hotel without a coffeemaker in my room, when you pay $60 for a room, this is what you get, dirty room, no coffee maker, and people sitting outside their room, you get the idea...
My stay was pleasant and the room was better than I expected due to a recent renovation. The hotel is in a location that worked well for me. It took an extra phone call to get the $50 security deposit credited back to my account, but the hotel staff was polite and friendly and helped remove the fee from my credit card.

The Wi-Fi sucked had to go to buffalo wild wings to get Wi-Fi. never saw an ice machine :( you have to pay a 50 buck safety deposit. be warned !
Staff likes to over share a bit- and it felt more like renting a room from an outdated low income apartment complex for a night- but the room seemed clean. The price was low, so expectations were set low also.
This place is older and run down/needs tons of maintenance. The employees were nice, and very friendly. Lots of spanish speaking folks hanging around like they lived there. Room was cleanish, the stairs leading to our floor from the outside were a death trap and should be condemned. Overall, i wished we stayed elsewhere.
The carpets were old and smelly.. The power went out, I was not offered another room to shower.. the female staff were very rude, no refund or discounts given.. old benches outside.. they should have adult swimming hours..

We showed up to find out the hotel cancelled our reservation due to over booking and were left looking for another room for the night
Not a good start to the weekend
Property was mouldy and dirty. There was hair in the tub, and the walls/ceiling were literally falling off in chunks and then patched on top of. But you also get what you pay for.
This property gave our room away and we were left without lodging. Pictures on website also are not current of property conditions on the outside. Cannot speak of rooms as they gave ours away. Based on the outside appearance of the property, it was probably a blessing in disguise that they gave our room away.
